There are tables right outside the building and, of course, there were tables inside. There were constantly people going in and out - some to pick up online orders and others placing orders. We made our choices, ordered, and got our lattes and bagel sandwiches really fast. And it was so good! We sat outside and people watched while we ate - the weather was perfect that day. The five star just missed because of the price and hustle and bustle. A Monday breakfast rush was in full swing this visit and caused some staff members to be a little more agitated with orders and questions. I was happy the order took less than 10 minutes and came out correctly and hot. Each bagel sandwich is cut in half but can be uncut. I loved the all nighter and my husband got the Texas brisket which was not too hot in flavor. The blueberry muffin was thick and had a great ratio of muffin top to crumbly base! This space would do numbers if it had a drive thru as the location is off Manchester and close to a gym and park. There is plenty of indoor and patio seating. Bring in your pup or service dog as they have beggin bacon dog treats and dog bagels too! Accessibility parking is in a few places and there are low and high tables for seating. Now you can order a Baker's Dozen through the app, which makes it so much easier. You can also complain through the app if your order is screwed up. You don't have to deal with the hit or miss staff by calling in. I will also say that their breakfast sandwiches are delicious. We are addicted to the Garden Avocado Egg sandwich. It is so delicious! Wow!! I haven't ate at an Einstein Bros in almost five years (last time was on Fort Bragg, NC). I was looking for a particular sandwich that I used to get regularly. I couldn't think of the name and a charismatic, super friendly employee named Molly not only helped me find the exact sandwich I used to get, but was doing everything she could (with enthusiasm) to help me out in every aspect of my visit. Molly said she has been with the company for 8 years now. I hope Einstein values and promotes this fantastic employee. Not only did she take care of me, I watched her engage with other employees in a professional, but elegant manner. I would love to have Molly as my boss. Went during Sunday breakfast/brunch hours and as you can imagine it was pretty busy. When they asked for a name on the order my boyfriend and I said my name simultaneously. We waited, waited, which is fine because we saw it was clearly busy. Then heard my name clearly for the drink order then went back to wait on the food and was called Alexa... hm.. that's not my name and then when we saw people behind us got their orders we figured something wasn't right. So I walk up and ask if that was our order, she apologized and then handed it to us, there was only one bag of chips but I didn't feel like going up there while it was busy so we left. I'm just confused how one person could get my name right and another person couldn't. Please verify someone's name if you didn't hear it especially when it's busy and people could have the same name or similarity or ask for another name. That's the only complaint. Fast, helpful service on a Tuesday morning. Einstein is basically a coffee and bagel place. Sure, they have breakfast items and sandwiches but a much smaller menu that lacks the variety and depth of BreadCo/Panera. My ancient grains bagel was moist and tasty with a large dab of butter. I've been to other locations before, but I like this one because it was quiet inside, and the weed wasn't too long. Also, have a nice patio where you could go outside to sit as well with or without a dog. The food is OK. If you read my reviews you know I love bagels and Einstein Bros has good bagels. Today the avocado toast bagel caught my eye. It's described as "a healthy shmear of fresh avocado with everything bagel seasoning." What I received was nothing like the description or the photo. There was a green shmear but it was thinner than tissue paper thin and not a single chunk and I'm not sure how some of the everything bagel seasoning even stuck to it. It was beyond a bait and switch when you compared it to the menu photo. Looks like I'll be sticking with the hometown local bagel store. This was disappointing. read more

However, I've had several bad experiences regarding quality every time I've been here in the last year. I love Einstein's over their competitors, so I really wanted to give them another chance. I kept trying hoping that maybe it was just a training issue or something that would be resolved, but no exaggeration, the last 8-10 times I've been there, it's been very disappointing. I felt bad complaining the first few times, but around the 5th bad visit, I finally left a review using the link on the receipt. The manager reached out personally and was very nice about everything. Although, it was a little odd that they asked me who was working and told me it was that specific employee they were having issues with even though he wasn't always there when I visit. I also haven't seen him in a few months and this is obviously still an ongoing issue (I hope they didn't fire him, because I told them what an absolute sweetheart he always is and probably just needed better training per management, but honestly, it sounded like they were already looking for a reason to get rid of him.) They also mentioned they were having problems with the oven, so I figured it was no big deal and it would be fixed. To resolve, I was offered to come in and ask for the manager so they could compensate me with a free bagel. Truthfully, it was better than the others, but after that, nothing changed. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it seems that this may just be the new standard. Again, their staff is great which leads me to believe that it's either poor training or a problem higher up. Issues are usually smashed bagels, toppings barely on the bagel, undercooked bagels, and very sparse cream cheese. There are only a few Einstein's left in the area, and I was willing to drive a little further and pay a little more for quality, but it's just not here anymore. Thought I would preorder a dozen bagels on the App of my favorite bagel shop this evening for pickup in the morning to bring home my my out of town guest. Weird that the Einstein App won't let you preorder.... what would Einstein do? Just dropped to 1-star because all the bagels were Pre-Cut and Pre-toasted. My husband drove 25 miles road trip to pick up bagels, schmeers and sandwiches. There was no celery in the tuna and very little mayo mixed in. Might as well opened a can of tuna. I would have gotten more tuna for a fourth of the price. Only about two tablespoons of tuna on the bagel. My husband's lox and bagel very substandard. No flavor. Bob may need to answer for the cheap ham, lox, turkey, and bacon... ingredients that don't necessarily break the laws of physics, but certainly don't approach the speed of light. Let's just call them "Subway-like" on the scale of relativity. Normally these things taste great on bagels at real Jewish delis... but not at a national franchise where cost cutting is key to profitability. FOOD POISONING!!! Don't get the Salmon! I got the salmon bagel Wednesday afternoon February 24th and ended up with the worst case of food poisoning I have ever experienced. With morning brain and a taste for donuts on my lips I stood there (next in line) with a deer in the headlights look on my face. The smiling ladies behind the counter were decked out in bunny ears and helped me with my order. As I was completely unfamiliar with Einstein bagels, and had no clue what I wanted, the associate taking my order was so friendly, helpful and patient. She was a rockstar in my opinion. I ended up with a 1/2 dozen mixed bagels (sliced) plus a Honey Almond shmear and a couple coffees. The blueberry bagel was incredible, it was cooked to perfection and tasted so fresh. Their sandwiches, like most Einstein's, are disappointing. I ordered a turkey wrap. After making it completely wrong to start with, the remade one just wasn't very good. I'd never been to an Einstein's Bagels before. I did have a pretty good experience. I ordered a avocado, egg, spinach bagel on wheat. And I was pleased by that enough to order a raisin bagel with honey cream cheese. I wasn't disappointed! On the second time through the line, their order register did break down, but that was out of their control. They still managed to get everyone through the line.
