Now you can order a Baker's Dozen through the app, which makes it so much easier. You can also complain through the app if your order is screwed up. You don't have to deal with the hit or miss staff by calling in. I will also say that their breakfast sandwiches are delicious. We are addicted to the Garden Avocado Egg sandwich. It is so delicious! It's a real treat that everyone should try.

Wow!! I haven't ate at an Einstein Bros in almost five years (last time was on Fort Bragg, NC). I was looking for a particular sandwich that I used to get regularly. I couldn't think of the name and a charismatic, super friendly employee named Molly not only helped me find the exact sandwich I used to get, but was doing everything she could (with enthusiasm) to help me out in every aspect of my visit. Molly said she has been with the company for 8 years now. I hope Einstein values and promotes this fantastic employee. Not only did she take care of me, I watched her engage with other employees in a professional, but elegant manner. I would love to have Molly as my boss. Please, reward this young lady for the amazing image she is promoting for your brand!! As far as everything else, the store was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Other patrons were outside sitting in the patio area seeming to enjoy their experience as well. Fellow employees were are seemingly doing a great job! !!!Good Job, Einstein Bros. Bagels!!!

Fast, helpful service on a Tuesday morning. Einstein is basically a coffee and bagel place. Sure, they have breakfast items and sandwiches but a much smaller menu that lacks the variety and depth of BreadCo/Panera. My ancient grains bagel was moist and tasty with a large dab of butter. This was a bagel to enjoy for people who think whole grain breads are dry and tasteless. This location still has no indoor dining.

If you read my reviews you know I love bagels and Einstein Bros has good bagels. Today the avocado toast bagel caught my eye. It's described as "a healthy shmear of fresh avocado with everything bagel seasoning." What I received was nothing like the description or the photo. There was a green shmear but it was thinner than tissue paper thin and not a single chunk and I'm not sure how some of the everything bagel seasoning even stuck to it. It was beyond a bait and switch when you compared it to the menu photo. Looks like I'll be sticking with the hometown local bagel store. This was disappointing.

Service 5/5 Quality 1/5 Full disclosure, the staff is super friendly and genuinely offer excellent customer service. However, I've had several bad experiences regarding quality every time I've been here in the last year. I love Einstein's over their competitors, so I really wanted to give them another chance. I kept trying hoping that maybe it was just a training issue or something that would be resolved, but no exaggeration, the last 8-10 times I've been there, it's been very disappointing. I felt bad complaining the first few times, but around the 5th bad visit, I finally left a review using the link on the receipt. The manager reached out personally and was very nice about everything. Although, it was a little odd that they asked me who was working and told me it was that specific employee they were having issues with even though he wasn't always there when I visit. I also haven't seen him in a few months and this is obviously still an ongoing issue (I hope they didn't fire him, because I told them what an absolute sweetheart he always is and probably just needed better training per management, but honestly, it sounded like they were already looking for a reason to get rid of him.) They also mentioned they were having problems with the oven, so I figured it was no big deal and it would be fixed. To resolve, I was offered to come in and ask for the manager so they could compensate me with a free bagel. Truthfully, it was better than the others, but after that, nothing changed. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it seems that this may just be the new standard. Again, their staff is great which leads me to believe that it's either poor training or a problem higher up. Issues are usually smashed bagels, toppings barely on the bagel, undercooked bagels, and very sparse cream cheese. There are only a few Einstein's left in the area, and I was willing to drive a little further and pay a little more for quality, but it's just not here anymore. Would rather go somewhere closer and cheaper and avoid the disappointment. Photos are from just a few experiences in the last 6 months.

I don't know all the correct words for the traditional clothing they wear and don't want to be disrespectful and use the wrong words! But some of them are absolutely gorgeous! Some of the men also wear their traditional clothing. I make an effort to not look too much, but some of the garments are hard to look away from! Lots of seating. The parking lot directly in front was significantly smaller than the one it was attached to, and completely full. There was a food truck and a shaved ice place, so we had to park further away by the Chuck E. Cheese. Not too bad of a walk, though, just something to note for folks who can't go long distances. I also didn't expect to spend $10 on the croissant and personally wouldn't spend that again. Coffee syrups were 1883 brand, and my preferred is house made syrup (especially for a $7 latte). However, almost anything is better than Torani! Still a nice treat to try for a first timer. I'll be back if I'm ever in the area again!

When you enter, it's very small but very well put together décor wise. Each area had signs that discouraged movement of their furniture and had its own kind of theme. I was meeting up with a friend and her daughter and unfortunately did not realize they had the typical café hours (closed at 2pm) so my visit was very quick (30 minutes) and I had to rush my conversation. I ordered an iced Monstera Mint latte and chocolate coffee cake slice. When the barista called up my order, I repeated my order asking if it's mine (they don't use a name system) and apparently *I* mispronounced MONSTERA because she turned her back and said within earshot to her coworker how I did not pronounce it correctly and why do people say it incorrectly. I am not a big plant person so excuse me for not knowing how every single plant name is pronounced. I know people vent at work, but it made me feel uncomfortable the rest of my visit, so I was glad it was almost time to leave before they closed. Vent after customers leave if you have to.... Anyways, my MONSTER-AH mint latte was good, but the chocolate coffee cake was a bit too dry for me. And service could have been a bit more professional in my opinion.

We told the host that we would be standing on their patio since there was no place to stand inside. After waiting for about a half hour, a new person (I believe the owner) walked out and asked us what we were waiting for. We had been crossed off the list and were just standing around aimlessly for much of the time. We were seated in overflow tables outside, of which there were multiple, and we could have been seated 30 minutes prior. We were told by others in the party that checking in here is often challenging. Off to more info: The interior has a cozy upscale pub feel with sports playing on multiple TVs. There was live music last night with a $5 cover charge, which seems reasonable. The crowd is mostly older and dressed in business casual. I enjoyed the salmon tacos with a side salad. The tacos came with a fresh Sriracha-mayo (or similar) sauce and mango salsa topping. The salad had an avocado ranch dressing. I paired it with a house Pinot Grigio. The server was attentive despite the busy night at this smaller grille. Outdoor seating on the patio has a wind screen with heaters, and we could still hear the music (without being charged a cover fee, bonus). Overall, we would definitely return and just be ready for some errors while checking in.

I'm not sure what this place even is, despite having dined there yesterday. It serves breakfast,…read morelunch and dinner, and doesn't seem to specialize in anything in particular. It's in a weirdly large building that looks like a place where you'd go to get lasik surgery. I visited after a run on a day where the heat index was like 109, so I didn't spend that much time inside, just enough to drip sweat all over the front counter and the floor in the vestibule. We sat outside in an area that seems like the place where you'd pull up and unload your luggage at a hotel. A member of our group says she once attended some sort of Xmas pop-up in the basement here where you were charged a cover and then expected to pay for drinks and pizza, so... uh, caveat emptor. We ordered at the little bar up front, but I'm not sure if that's also the case if you dine inside. These places always flip out when there's umpteen different people ordering separately, because they only have but so many of those numbers you set on the table so they know where to bring your food. It ended up not being an issue with us, because who else was going to engage in al fresco dining during a heat advisory? This place serves pizza, but it didn't look that good in the few photos I saw. Granted, food often looks like crap in Yelp photos. Also, there's an emphasis on '90s-style health food, organic ingredients and what have you. There's a Salmon BLT that's featured prominently that seemed like it might be the thing to get, but I didn't know enough about this place to be ordering fish, and I'd already been meaning to eat a bacon cheeseburger for the past several days. Maybe next time. There is no bacon cheeseburger as a separate menu item unto itself. I figured I might just order a cheeseburger and add bacon, but I'm not sure if that's an option, and this wasn't a regular cheeseburger. It had a few different weird cheeses on it, spinach and maybe some other things. Then I saw the Dill-bert, which seemed like it might be really good. It has, among other things, dill Havarti cheese (whatever that is), avocado, and of course, bacon. It's served on a wheat bun, which, whatever. Its name is not a tribute to Scott Adams, as far as I know, but this is Ballwin. The Dill-bert did not disappoint. No Diddy. The beef comes from one of those special farms where the cows are all given names as if they were human beings, groomed on a daily basis by trafficking victims and read bedtime stories, and you really can taste the difference. It's a better quality meat. It's also expertly prepared. It's well-seasoned and cooked until it develops a nice char on the exterior. It was a bit more done on the inside than I require, but that may have been unavoidable. For a side, there was an option of tater tots cooked in an air fryer, like if your mom was feeling lazy. I didn't see any french fries, but maybe I'm going blind. I ordered a side salad, which is my thing these days. Sometimes they're surprisingly good, and a french fry is a french fry, unless you're at McDonald's. This one was pretty good, but it was definitely on the health-food side of things--very fresh and lightly but sufficiently dressed with something citrus-y and not too oily. Oh, and I was duped into purchasing a whiskey sour slushie. It just seemed like it would be so refreshing. It must have cost nearly as much as my meal, given what my bill came out to. They must think I'm a sucker. Did they receive advance notice of my visit? It did kinda hit the spot, and I probably got drunker than I would have otherwise, because I was suffering from a minor heatstroke, so there was that.

The kitchen staff did look short, but I can't imagine it takes that long to whip up some deviled eggs. Additionally, we were informed half way in that two of the three items we ordered they had somehow ran out of. Mind you this was at 7:30, peak dinner service. For the sake of being nitpicky, we had also only received a singular water refill the entire night. Brutal. Now I would be willing to set all of this aside if the food actually delivered to any degree, but it was all very below par. These deviled eggs were sad. I am confident I could make these better at home, better yet buy them at a grocery store. While the pork shank was massive, the chutney it came cooked in was entirely too salty and dominated what was already a one-note flavor profile.
