Have come here a few times before and in the past it's been 50/50. Breakfast bagels are usually a hit and they have great coffee / smoothies. Tried the 'twice baked' Hash brown for the first time today. It was unfortunately soggy and not flavorful. The bagel sandwiches today were really good. The bacon, egg, and cheese bagel is basic, but great. The turkey sausage, egg, and cheese is always delicious. (The sausage is more flavorful than you may imagine) The hash brown gourmet bagel is a personal favorite, especially paired with any sandwich. Overall it's good, but nothing absolutely amazing. Will probably come back, but it's not a regular place for me. read more

Went here with my 9 year old for something different. Food was good but I got a little bored of my bagel sandwich before I ate it all. Service was good. Walked up and ordered from the very friendly manager (I assumed) and food was served promptly and hot. My only knock on this place is the value. For what it was, it was quite expensive. Totally great food, the bagels are amazing and the menu does not lack in anything. The fact that there is a Drive-thru makes this breakfast / lunch place just that much better. Einstein's Bagels is a solace for college students around Fayetteville, however, They could definitely use some better training for people answering the Drive-thru. Snappy, yet quick but definitely not a morning mood type of voice. Einstein Bros Bagels has bagels and coffee and tea. I ordered mango green and it burnt me. They filled it too full and don't have a stopper do as I sat it down I was burnt. The nice young man gave me some napkins but this is a fail. I asked for a stopper and he said they don't have them. Usually, for lattes I don't even want one, but fir overfilled boiling water it's a necessity. My hand hurts. Oh well, at least I didn't drink it this hot. The nice young man is the only reason this was not 1*! This could be a failure like the McDonald's lawsuit if it had been any place but my hand. I hope management reads this review. read more

Clean, quick and friendly. One of the best Einstein's I've been to. I had the farmhouse this morning- delicious, highly recommend. My husband had a ham and egg- also good. We wish we realized the coffee came with refills as we would have gotten size small. The indoor area is quite large. Lots of options when it comes to coffee/tea as they have honey, some spices (cinnamon, cocoa, nutmeg) and cream, milk and skim milk. Caribou coffee was delicious! The bathrooms were very clean and nice as well. They are single stall. read more

You might be better off just eating cereal at home. I ordered the Brisket Sandwich (one of the more expensive items) and received maybe 2 ounces of brisket on my sandwich. The cheese felt like plastic, and the sandwich was small enough to feed my pet hamsters. Massive rip off here. Tasted pretty mid too honestly. We had the cranberry with honey almond cream cheese and omg I could not get enough this was so very very good. Also we had the classic breakfast bagel with egg, turkey sausage and cheese on a garlic bagel. It was missing bell peppers, they do not serve it here but I would like to suggest to them to try and add it to what you offer. It was my first time ever at an Einstein's and I had high hopes! I ordered an iced chai with almond milk and a garden avocado sandwich. I talked my kids about their chocolate chip bagels and delicious shmear. Turns out they only had one left, I said we'll wait. They man in the counter said it would be at least 40 minutes before their next batch. My kids were a bit disappointed but decided to get another kind. The store is well staffed with hard working people. The drive thru speed exceeded my expectations, most the time I walk in but I was in a rush on Thursday morning, thought for sure the drive thru was going to take forever, nope, super fast.
