    Egg Sandwich
    Caroline M.

I ordered a farmhouse one Egg Sandwich , the cashier wouldn't even look at me, or ask for my phone number for points, I paid in cash and left the remaining amount as a tip. And then I get this burnt bagel. It's so sad that they didn't even try and remake a sandwich to know this was unacceptable.. The place is ran by kids. That don't even care anymore.

Everything bagel with Chive and onion cream cheese(or lack thereof)

First time at this location and service was friendly, 5/5 stars. The shame goes to my bagel and schmear. I got an everything bagel with chive and onion cream cheese and it's not spread to the edges. There is usually a noticeable layer of cream cheese on each side that would show despite the warmth from the toasted bagel. Highly disappointed. I would have addressed it if I saw when I was in storage. I also got the farmhouse sandwich and that was good.

How disappointing to open your breakfast sandwich and it's burnt. Burnt does not taste good!

Despite the renovations it's very clean inside.

They are undergoing construction but despite that it was really clean inside. I think it'll look nice when they're done though it still looks fine now. I came in just after opening one morning and it was very clean and quiet inside. I ordered a mocha and bagel and lox. The server was really very polite and friendly and the service was quick. The mocha I had was just okay, it was supposed to have hazelnut in it and it maybe only just did. I asked for half chocolate so it was not too sweet and they hit that pretty square on. The bagel was just okay, a bit too small and devoid of flavor. The cream cheese was fine, and the salmon was good. I think I would have preferred a bit more substance to the bagel and for there to be a bit more salmon that what I got. It tasted good, but left me wishing I had gotten something else. Though the service was really fantastic, and I do think these guys did a great job being polite and nice. The food was serviceable but nothing I would come back for.

Sausage and cheddar with 1 egg.

Stopped in here for breakfast this morning. Wasn't very busy. Very clean. Friendly staff. I ordered the sausage and cheddar on a plain bagel. They offer one or two egg options. I ordered the one egg and will probably get the two egg in the future. Planning on going back and trying their lunch soon.

Not even a decent amount of shmear for normal, especially not for "extra."

You call this extra shmear? Skip this store and go to Panera or Moe's for a bagel instead.

    Extra creamcheese..

Not bagels. More like a dinner roll with a hole in the middle.

Oh, what a joy it is to be one of those impossibly pompous sandwich snobs from NYC. You've heard it…read moreall before, "Hey, the sandwiches in New York are just better in every way! Better bread, better cold cuts, even the pickle on the side is better, Fuhgeddaboudit! Yo Vinny, let's you and me head over to Snarf's and try the "Italian". "Yeah, right... I bet the standard toppings come with mustard, geeze! Fuhgeddaboudit! Yeah, Fuhgeddaboudit!".... And SCENE!!! Not sure what that all means, but I actually am from New York, am a legitimate sammie snob, spent time in Sandwich, MA, and LOVE Snarf's Italian Sub. And while I may be judging it on the handicapped Colorado sandwich rating scale which gives it an additional half star per side, it's still a damn good sandwich! I always go with the "Novice", it's perfectly short, and densely packed with lots of thinly sliced Italian meats, provolone, lettuce, tomato & onion. Their grinder-style oven ALWAYS gets the sandwich nice & hot. Yes, the bread can sometimes get a bit dry & crispy, but it often is a nice textural contrast to the juicy sandwich filling. Finally, two things that put it over the top: #1. a perfect mélange of oil & vinegar AND mayo. Yep, gotta have 'em all to make the magic just right! And #2. Their amazing proprietary blend of Hot giardiniera peppers. The best mix I've possibly ever had-- including NYC! One SIDE NOTE (and I'm being totally serious): Yes, if you order ALL THE TOPPINGS, you'll get mustard. So please, do me a favor, and DON'T get mustard on your Italian hero, Fuhgeddaboudit! Other favorite sandwiches that I have enjoyed at Snarfs locations in Boulder over the last 25+ years: the Meatball (extra parmesan), the Prime Rib & Provolone (mayo only), and the Turkey & Swiss (extra Swiss, of course). Are these fancy frou-frou sandwiches? Definitely not... but they're my favorite old school subs in Colorado, and I'll keep coming back again & again!

Ambiance: excellent for breakfast or brunch with friends, working solitary on your laptop, having a quick sandwich on the rooftop patio, or a work meeting (in-person would be nice because the velvet couches are legit). I really liked the attention to details (such as the hooks for hanging a purse under the countertop). Cool decor and the vibe is like somebody oversized den, but instagram-worthy, you know?
