Awesome experience at this location of Einstein Bros. Bagels!!! The staff is fantastic working together like a team, very efficient and effective in ensuring quality meals in a timely manner. I ordered: -Hot Honey Smhear on 7-Cheesr Bagel, great combination 7/10 the heat of the Hot Honey needs more fire. Maybe the cream cheese masks the fire. -All-Nighter Egg Sandwich, perfect combination and amount of protein to bagel 10000/10 loved the freshness of the bagel, crispy edges and chewy bread, along with the tasty egg and bacon. The staff is very kind and generous. Lots of seating inside and an outdoor patio to enjoy your meal. It's like a bagel shoppe and cafe rolled into one. AWESOME!!! read more

The service was excellent. I observed the cashier and other employees being friendly and respectful to each customer that came in. Upon taking my order, the worker was respectful and let me take my time looking at the menu. They also answered any questions I had. The price for a bacon, tomato and egg bagel was $9. When it arrived, I was a bit surprised as it was smaller than I had expected (the pictures make it look larger). The taste was OK, but there were some spots where the egg tasted bad or old. There wasn't much bacon or egg and it certainly didn't represent the picture displayed on the menu. The sauce was a bit spicy, and only seemed to be put on one side. I placed an online order at 657am to pick up a baker's dozen including 6 sesame for pick up 1130. I arrived and my ticket is the only one hanging up, not ready. I was told 40 minutes wait twice by the cashier. I told her I placed this before 7am and this is not good. She definitely had an attitude thru out the transaction . No sorry for inconvenience or .... Website needs to be refreshed. A-little outdated. Employees need to learn to better follow directions for the orders. I have ordered multiple times here, however occasionally when I add on items to customize our bagels they do-not-add-anything. It is frustrating and waste of my money. I've ordered from this establishment 3 times, and never once have they gotten my order correct. I suppose I should've learned the first two times. I specifically asked for no cheese on my order, it was even repeated back to me TWICE. Then as soon as I got home to eat I noticed my bagel is coated in cheese. Customer service appears great (with the repeating of the order and appearing to check that they have it correct) but CHECK YOUR BAG before leaving. for years I went to Einstein Brother's every Sunday after finishing the New York Times crossword puzzle (in ink) for an everything bagel with lox. eventually, I switched my bagel of choice to jalapeño-cheese, toasted. was in the neighborhood again with a hankering for one of those savory doughnuts so I stopped in to grab something to eat. place was pretty crowded and the service was slow but nobody should be in that big a hurry on a weekend. it's time to stop and smell the cream cheese, right ??? the bagels were good but I would be less than honest if I said they satisfied my craving. after visiting Russ and Daughters in NYC a couple of summers ago, nothing else really compares. question: why do ALL the bagels spots around these parts cut their red onions in huge, thick slices? put down the machete (or more likely the weed whacker) and invest is a slicer for god's sake. it'll save on food costs, the flavor will still be there, and customers won't be burping those nasty, raw onion burps the rest of the day ... read more

These items are as follows: 1 x Applewood Bacon and Cheddar Egg Sandwich. The price is $11.32. My choice was the (2 Cage Free Eggs, Applewood Smoked Bacon on a Plain Bagel and one Twice Baked Hash Browns) with melted Cheddar Cheese filled inside. I also ordered one package of the KETTLE Brand Potato Chips with the Sea Salt. The price is $2.26. Then I ordered a beverage . The Cold Brew in the Vanilla flavor in the (small size) cup. The Dasher Tip I had chosen for Carlos was $6.00.My total bill was $31.35. My order arrived on time from Carlos my dasher driver to my home. I had to reheat my breakfast bagel and the two pastries. Ashley and team awesome customer service. She was so busy but still gave respect and attention to each and every customer. I appreciate her still smiling while being short staffed or just extremely busy. I love their cheddar jalapeño bagels with plain cream cheese and today I tried it with brisket. I don't like eggs so I had it with plain cream cheese, the cheddar and brisket (it was a little salty but still good). Place is always clean and always has a line but worth the wait. One of my favorite bagel spots! Their food is always so fresh and bagels are made perfectly every time. The location is sort of hidden in the Oceanside plaza, but once inside it is very spacious and clean. They have several employees so despite there being 5-10 people waiting when I got there, my food was ready to go in under 10 minutes. You don't get what you pay for. They claim they give you 2 oz of fish (lox) but give you way less. They break health codes (putting fingers into cups while giving the cups to you) and then give you attitude when you ask for clean cups. And on top of everything, their coffee sucks. read more

Today our order took 73 minutes. Three bagels. 1. Three different Door Dash drivers waited ~10 min then left. I finally met the fourth driver, Sam, at the location. 2. I tried to call numerous times, they had their voicemail on a loop. After approximately 40 minutes, the call would go through but nobody picked up. 3. Upon arrival, the manager was polite, but when she finally gave me my order I asked her to confirm that the one egg sandwich had no cheese. She looked at the tag and said,"oh gosh", and went back and re-made it. (We not infrequently get our order with cheese even though I order it without cheese, this is a consistent issue.) 4. There were 5-6 staff members working. Once I arrived, the order took less than 5 min to make by them. 5. We order the same order every single Sunday, and it usually takes 15 to 20 minutes for it to be both made and delivered. We live one exit away. It is my first time visiting this place and when ordering the employee was very helpful he repeated everything back to me. I went to the cashier and she just told me my total and said "You get two free chips with your order." I responded back saying "Nice, thank you" I got two bagels and two drinks. I'm waiting and I see people who ordered after me get their orders first. I don't think much of it. Then I see bags being given to people and still haven't received my order. Finally I get my bagels and 5 minutes later I only get one drink. I asked from what it looked like the manager on duty I had another one. She was very polite and was making it for me. But the Cashier was very hesitant and asked if I paid for that one. The other lady was making it and said it was fine and that it might've not shown on the screen and she was going to make it anyway. The cashier proceeds to be very persistent on figuring if I paid for it or not. So she rings me up for it. I ask for a receipt and she walks away and asks to finish making my drink. So the lady comes up and gets my receipt and it shows my drink that the first guy repeated back to me wasn't on there. Then the cashier comes back to register and I grab my two bags of chips that went with my order. She proceeds to tell me "you only get one" I reminded her that she told me in the beginning I could get two because I had two bagel sandwiches. She keeps repeating frantically "you only get one" then asks to see my receipt. I already have a lot of things in my hands. I manage to get the receipt and show her then she sees it and has an embarrassed look on her face and say "you get two chips" like I don't already know that. I wasn't even trying to blame it on discrimination, but that's what it led me to. A new cashier is needed in the front with customer service background because that was not ok. I was wondering if they would be behind with my order since people seemed to be waiting around but I did not wait long, at all! Horrendous service this morning (10/10/25 just before 9am). Waited in line for forever with zero acknowledgement from the staff including the manager. They were already out of half the bagel options. Then the woman in front of me took all but one of both garlic or onion bagels which is the one bagel I planned to get, totally fine, one left. Well the incompetent worked managed to somehow drop TWO of her bagels while slicing them so he then took the final two garlic AND onion bagels. When I spoke up they said they had no additional bagels in the back which the manager still wouldn't speak up taking any accountability for their lack of service, no apologies etc. I left and went to "I love bagels" down the road which was super busy yet very friendly, every bagel basket full and efficient as even with a long line I was in and out within five mins.
