Had an issue with my DoorDash order. The cream cheese was not included in my DoorDash order. I contacted the DoorDash driver and told me that it wasn't their issue. So I contacted Einstein bagels and they were so kind. Yes I had to go pick up the cream cheese, but they gave me Such wonderful compensation and I really appreciated it and they were very empathetic and very kind. I love Einstein bagels! There is some thing about these bagels that just do not compare to any other bagel place. I do not live nearby any of these, so when I am going to be in the area, I completely take advantage! I love how fresh the bagels are in the employees are very friendly. Unfortunately today, they lose a star from me because they forgot to cut my bagel! My husband got an egg sandwich as well and his was cut, what happened to the consistency? Also, the app is handy! When you order from it, you can get either a free iced coffee or a free hot coffee. Unfortunately though, the app does need a lot of work. Half of the time it does not work, and when it does work, there is no place for you to add comments. I wish that I could choose a bagel that I like that is not on the choice list, but you cannot because you have to choose from what they give you. I wish that I can tell them how many creamers or sugar that I wanted and what type. The app definitely needs a lot of work, but that is of no fault of anyone in the store. Stopped in while running errands on this side of town. It was too busy, but there were definitely a handful of guests waiting on their order. It was my first time hitting up this location, as it was out of sheer convenience. For the price, I was not impressed unfortunately. I order the honey wheat bagel upgrade for the bacon and cheese sandwich with egg whites. I was charged for the upgraded bagel, but I was given a plain (sad). My food was also cold, so that was kinda bleh. The upside was that at least the coffee was tasty. They also offer doggo treats, which is so cute. read more

Growing up in New Jersey, I loved the great bagels that you can find at the various mom-and-pop establishments throughout New Jersey and New York City. When I move to Florida now over twenty years ago, I was saddened to discover that a great bagel or even a good bagel was something that you were not going to readily find every couple blocks or so. So, when I want my bagel fix, I'm often forced to come to a bagel shop that is part of a national chain like this brand or Panera Bread. Einstein Brothers Bagels has a decent sized footprint in the Orlando, Florida area. I know of at least three of them around here and these I just found in my travels around the City Beautiful. It is not that they are a terrible bagel, but they just cannot compare to the independent mom-and-pop bagel shops that I took for granted growing up in New Jersey. Stopped in on Monday morning before Hurricane Dorian hit. Several businesses along Colonial were closed but Einstein remained open! Woot! I have been a member of their rewards program for a year or two now. I always receive emails about deals that are happening. A $7 bakers dozen of bagels recently caught my eye. We arrived around 9:00AM. At that time the place was already pretty busy. They still had plenty of bagels left. We ordered our bakers dozen bagels, a few sandwiches, and coffee to eat there. Food came out shortly and was fresh & tasty! The staff was extremely friendly despite the crowd & horrible weather that was soon to come. I appreciated that. I am an upstate NY transplant. I love bagels. I love Brueggers bagels. Einstein Brothers Bagels is very comparable to Brueggers! Love their bagels wayyyy more than Brooklyn Water bagel. My old favorite place to go for great breakfast sandwhiches! I recently tried their new farm house sandwich with ham, egg, cheese, and bacon on a 6 cheese bagel. They seem to be short staffed that day so the wait was a bit longer than expected but it happens. The staff courteous and friendly. The bagel was toasted better than I ever had it before and the sandwich hit the spot! They now offer an option of 1 or 2 eggs for your sandwhich, I think that's great! I had 2 eggs and I think I'll do just 1 next time because it was very filling. Oh, and these eggs are now fresh cracked. Much appreciated!!! I also had Zico coconut water. Stopped for breakfast on vacation having never been to Einstein Bagel before. Although I have seen them at home, we have none close. It's an efficient set up; you order your food, move down the line to pay, and wait. Service was quick and they bring you your food rather than calling you up to get it, even take out. I have heard that Einstein bagels are really good, reminiscent of NY bagels. I am a Bronx, NY transplant, always up to trying places that compare to my beloved city. We entered, perused the menu and was surprised to find that they offered more than just bagels. Breakfast sandwiches, muffins and even doggie bagels. We ordered, sesame bagel, my go to, with chive and onion cream cheese and my husband ordered a honey wheat bagel with honey butter and a coffee. The coffee, truly is not outstanding, but I drank it. The bagels were ok. They were not bad, they did have some chew but we have had better. Many ordering to go and they refuse to serve you if you do not stand next to the counter for the 20-25 mins it takes for them to prepare your bagel to go. I asked for them to hand it to me at an outside table and the cashier Stated, "I can't" when I asked why she said "I won't remember", I asked, "why won't you remember?" Everyone is always super nice here. They keep the place clean. I also love how they keep the menu updating throughout the year. Years ago, I worked for Einstein's while in college. The menu rarely ever changed. It was fine but do boring. Now, they keep the sandwiches updated regularly. The Midwest offerings they have now are delicious. Is it healthy? Not really. You will see regulars who come in for their coffee and paper and people running in and out for a quick meal. As of May 2018, on Mondays they do a baker dozen of bagels for $7. It's a very good deal just be sure you get in early enough to get the selection of bagels you want. I got in after 10am and a lot of the sweet varieties were gone. Coffee is all you can drink and they have 4 blends on tap. The meal type items (bagel w/ lox & cream cheese or a sandwich) are a bit on the pricey side for a fast type of restaurant and are comparable to restaurant prices. The quality is good and if you need a nice breakfast splurge that is quick this is a great place and location to go. read more
