My visit today was pleasant. There is a parking lot behind this location and when you purchase something get a 90 minute validation. The location is fairly busy on Sundays and we arrived after 12 so pickings were slim (many bagels were sold out). That being my son and I enjoyed are visit as we usually do. Einstein can get pricey but if you sign up for their rewards program you can enjoy many perks. For example, we used a bogo for breakfast sandwiches. I'd recommend coming early and being prepared to wait about 10 minutes or less in line. There is also a nice seating area outside the location, just be cautious of the pigeons that walk around looking for scraps. They can get a little to close and are unbothered by people trying to wave them away lol read more

I usually order the Nova Lox bagel open face on a Asiago bagel. It's simple and gets the job done. At first, I didn't understand why this location has so many terrible reviews. Now that I've gone a few times, I get it. They keep getting my online orders wrong and have never once apologized for making me wait while they fix it or thanked me for being patient. Stacey is particularly rude. There is a parking lot as well as street parking and it's pretty chill in the mornings. I normally pick up around 6-630am, so I'm pretty much in and out. They've never had a mistake on my order and I normally order six different breakfast sandwiches. I'm a vegetarian and while they only have one specific veggie option, it's pretty tasty. The lady who took my order didn't put in that I also ordered a iced chai latte so when I got to the register she made it seem so difficult for her to add the latte on, even though that totally isn't my fault that the first person forgot. Then I said "I wanted a medium latte" she put a large but I corrected her. My friend got the same order as me, the green chile bagel but it came out 10 minutes after mine did while everyone else who was after us got their orders. I oddly find the hole in the bagel an important aspect for me. The specialty bagels to not have holes. But i still go back. The egg sandwiches seem a little skimpy to me but the chicken salad sandwich was delicious. It has cranberries and chicken and other crunchy bits. My favorite place to go to for breakfast when I'm craving some bagel sandwiches (esp. Nova Lox)! The first time I've ever tried Einstein's was when I was in Vegas. My cousin who lives there told us to check it out. It did not disappoint. We were saddened that we were only able to find an Einstein Bros Bagel in Vegas and decided to stop by once more before we hit the road back to LA. Sure enough, I decided to Yelp an Einstein back home and I found out we had multiple locations near home! I was ecstatic. LOCATION: Little plaza on Lake Ave. with their own private parking lot. Do not pay for parking as they do validation. So don't forget to ask the cashier to validate your parking ticket when you pay them a visit. Be aware that you only get free parking for 90 minutes. Parking wasn't too bad for lunch time on a weekday, there were plenty. I love that it's right next to a CVS and a Pete's coffee; you can get some coffee and do some shopping if you please. SERVICE: The employees were nice at this location. Food was ready for us with adequate timing. We had to wait a little for our Berry smoothie but that was fine with us. FOOD: This is what I love about Einstein! They have so many different types of bagels for you to choose from it's insane! I personally love the "Everything" bagel or the "Garlic" bagel with my Nova Lox. Unfortunately one time when I paid them a visit, they were out of my garlic bagel. Their Berry smoothie is so refreshing, it pairs great with a bagel. I'm not a big fan of their iced coffee but definitely their frozen ones.The Hazelnut Vanilla frozen one is my favorite. ENVIRONMENT: There are a couple of seating inside the restaurant and there are outdoor seating as well. It's a bit colder inside. Therefore, for those who don't tolerate the cold so much, I recommend sitting outside if it's a nice sunny and breezy day. Overall, 4/5 stars for this place! They can't seem to get the order correct. So, this is 3 times in a row where they messed up my breakfast sandwich order. Recently they changed management and it's been all down hill ever since.
