Ambiance: The place is extremely cozy. It would make a great study area. You can also see the staff making your food/drinks as they also display a window to see the different types of bagels you can choose from. Food: Caramel macchiato [5/5] Sal Nova Lox on a Everything Bagel [5/5] The food was delicious! I've always wanted to try Salmon and cream cheese on a bagel! I loved it! Do keep in mind it's a cold sandwich so if that's not your ideal breakfast sandwich probably steer away, but I enjoyed it a lot! The macchiato was great as well I got it with oat milk and it was creamy! Service: The staff were friendly and had great recommendations! They even bought the food to us! I witnessed a disgruntled, former employee yell at the Staff because they were having difficulty attempting to redeem her reward points, that were acquired nefariously. Employees should not have reward points accumulated. Needless to say, this blowhard of a former employee (now we know why she is "former") made a huge scene but the Staff was still able to assist her, albeit not as fast as she would have liked. The Manager and Staff should be commended on their professionalism and tact and I left an extra big tip because they had to deal with such a Royal PITA! Let's hope she never returns! Manager, Lesa is rude. However, other staff were kind. Food quality and presentation not what it used to be. They refused to cut bagel lox sandwich in half (it used to be served open faced). Take a bite and everything slides out. It just came out of the prep area Manager seemed excited not to provide minimal service or at least take a different tone. I haven't been to this location in a long time and I do NOT plan to go back. The main reason is because I watched an employee at the register take payment wearing plastic disposable food prep gloves, and then proceeded to use the same gloves to prepare food! I then kindly asked her to remake it using clean gloves, only to be snickered at by her and another employee. I guess they didn't realize that the plastic gloves are to protect customers health and not their own hands. Highly unprofessional. As for the food, the bagel and cream cheese were pretty good. Man, I love the smell of freshly toasted bagels and... average service. The bagels taste excellent! The lady who served looked at us annoyingly and didn't seem to want to interact with us. She kept purposefully avoiding us and talking to other customers, leaving us at the cash register awkwardly. I ordered four bagels: sesame, French toast, blueberry, and cranberry. The sesame bagel was so fluffy and the flavor from the sesame seeds integrated seamlessly with the doughy bread. Delicioso! The French toast bagel had that lovely sugary cinnamon flavor and had chunks of chocolate and cinnamon on the inside. The blueberry and cranberry bagel were stuffed with berries and sweetness. This place has tasty bagels but man are they stingy with their portions :/ I ordered the lox bagel and my husband got some veggie bagel. It took us just under 10 minutes to get our order and when I opened my box, I was disappointed with how little salmon and cream cheese they gave me. Like, they gave me a sad slab of salmon and they didn't even spread the cream cheese over my entire bagel. I was able to see my bagel in some parts since they skimped out. Granted, it was tasty but it really left me feeling unsatisfied. I definitely wouldn't go out of my way for this place and I wouldn't recommend it. Anyway, there's plenty of parking since it's in a plaza and there are about four or five tables outside if you want to eat outdoors. Last time I received service from here it was amazing. Probably because the same person was there whom took my order today. The sista with the braids is sweet and takes time with her customers.... Now for the bad apples... there was 2 woman in the back. One skinny burnette with colored eyes who was calling out the orders. She had horrible eye contact and can tell she is wrapped into herself. She screamed my name when I was literally right in front of her. She said have a good day as the other bad apple did in a condescending non caring manner. Here is the manifested issue. I just was prefacing of the apirits of these woman making the meals. I received 3 sandwiches and none had labeling. I was ordering for a security officer co worker whom was not family. Now who is going to want to receive repackaged food. It would surely looked tampered. Concluding as it not being the most sanitary feel. When spoken upon the matter to the sandwich makers they agreed and said "we dont do that here" I replied "you dont label" she said no. I said "why not"... get this.... Here is the root... "we dont have the time".... You got to be kidding me!. The sanitation of your customers food is not worth the time to label 3 very different sandwich?!? She seen how garbage her ideology was and proceeded to do it saying. "We will do this for you"... No dont do this for me I proceeded. "Do this for everybody. This is a standard". She then said "all done for you" as she handed the food. "Have a nice day" in a people pleasing to the eye manner when in her heart she hated me. I got to look at my food and you can analyze the picture for yourself. Look at the presentation how it is marketed and how they treated me... Now I know they have a standard of how much to put but this seemed very intentional to put such a measly amount. May God bless them with insight and a care for the people they interact with because they are very unnatural on how Gods design is to treat our neighbors. I love me a good toasted bagel with whipped cream cheese! If you do too look no further, you can get one here! My favorite is the jalapeño cheddar bagel. They offer about a dozen varieties of fresh bagels. You can get them in a breakfast sandwich, deli sandwich and I honestly can't remember all the other ways. They have an extensive menu for a bagel shop. They offer a lot of different coffees, teas and other beverages as well. Only reason for 4 star review is the pandemic is over and you still can't sit inside. They have a few tables outside that are directly in the sun and you get to smell car fumes as you eat since they're on the sidewalk right by the parking lot. Wow!!! What an incredibly busy place! Staff was very polite and helpful. I had a hard time deciding what to order, there are so many choices and combinations. The prep employees were flying putting orders together. It's nice to hear everyone working together so well. The store looked very clean, and the customers that were seated inside and out looked happy with their orders. I must say there are also a ton of To-Go orders going out the door. I ordered a Bacon, cheddar and egg sandwich on a jalapeño and cheese bagel and this was hands down the best breakfast combo I've ever had! I highly recommend this location to everyone! Ordered I assume durning rush hour on a weekend. Looked like they had it all together till everyone before and after my order left. I heard our name called and was walking up then they gave it to someone else. I waited patiently to ask about my order then they needed to look and talk about what they just made and I offered my receipt. Then they asked me if I ordered items that was not on my receipt. They offered to remake it that took 25mins. After it was done I checked my order and I paid for 2 eggs but was not in my bagel sandwich. The Monday bagel box special is an extraordinary deal. A must buy for the office. Our favorite bagels are the happen & cheese, cinnamon sugar, Asiago cheese and whole wheat. The cream cheese is the perfect compliment to a delicious bagel. A must buy is the honey walnut. Don't forget the coffee. The coffee here, surprisingly is delicious. The iced mocha is luscious. A comfortable, if occasionally noisy and FRIGID place to work, this Einstein Brothers offers undertoasted bagels - as do all the other locations - but they're happy to put them through the toaster twice if you ask. My favorite combination is a sesame bagel with plain cream cheese, tomato and bacon, with a bit of salt and pepper added to enhance the flavors. Nothing too crazy... just a nice bagel sandwich to nip at as I drink my coffee and use their excellent wi-fi service. A shout-out is appropriate: Laura has been working at this location for the many years that I've been a customer, and she's always been cheerful, helpful, aware of cleanup and other issues as they arise, and why she's not the general manager or owner by now is beyond me. RUDE management Haven't been here in a while and boy has it changed from my previous experiences Let's see, it's a place I can walk to in the morning, get my exercise, take my 200lb dog along and have a great made to order breakfast. Why wouldn't I LOVE this place. The staff is always friendly and happy to see us, the regulars are very friendly and super dog friendly. This last time we went, my husband poured me the wrong flavored coffee. I like my coffee black, no additives and no flavorings. Even though it was our error, when I went inside with the hazelnut flavored coffee, they were VERY gracious and not only dumped it for me, they offered me a new cup. SUPER SERVICE!! Just bad everything. All their tables outside are occupied by dirty/stinky homeless with their crap everywhere muttering to themselves & digging in their trash. I realize it's not exactly their fault & employees shouldn't have to deal with shooing them away, but either protect your tables for customers or pull the tables. The food has always been hit & miss. My wife has always liked them more than me, but she's starting to come around to my side. The bagels are small & chewy & anything you order on top is very skimpy... 2 small thinly sliced (very dry) salmon for the lox. The ham, egg & cheese bagel was so bad we tried feeding it to our dog. Well judging from other reviews there is no middle. Either you hate this place or you like it. I just happen to like it. I've had their bagel sandwiches on more than one occasion and they have yet to be skimpy. Wide selection of bagels but this place gets a lot of foot traffic so get there early so they don't run out of your favorite. I've had nothing but pleasant interactions with the employees even when they seem rushed. The only thing I don't like is that you have to take it to go because indoor dining has not opened up yet. At least it wasn't 2 weeks ago. I go there in the morning mostly for a baker's dozen to take to work or on the weekend for myself. My children have nut allergies so we asked the team member to select a bagel from the bottom to ensure there was not cross contamination. The shift lead piped in with so much attitude about of request that a customer walked up and said to go to the Einstein on College because they are nicer. We will no longer purchase anything from this location. This is the worst service we have ever received. I would think that the safety of the customers would be the first priority of Einstein but I was wrong. Lastly, my one star rating is too high :( read more

Wow, what can I say. This was just really bad. It's been a long time since I've been to an Einstein's (like ten years or more). Back then I remember it being pretty good but it's apparent that Einstein's has become another corporate chain that just doesn't care about the quality of their product anymore. For this particular visit, I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, tomatoes, avocado, and cucumbers. I actually asked for sprouts too but apparently they don't carry that extremely common bagel topping anymore. What I got (15 min later) was was a disappointing, soggy bagel that was missing the cucumber, had a disgusting green "spread" that was supposed to be the avocado I guess, and small, flavorless tomatoes slices that weren't even red (see picture). I wish I would have just researched a little more beforehand and gone to the small, mom & pop type bagel store right down the street. read more

The bagels here are not the real deal, they don't boil them, but they're alright according to my son who enjoys the cinnamon bagels. I sometimes bring him by here for a breakfast bagel with peanut butter when we're in the area. I did try one of their spinach bagels one time and it wasn't bad, I just prefer traditionally made bagels. They've got a large selection of menu items here. Although I'm not a big fan of their bagels, I will say the service here is always top notch. Everyone here is very friendly and professional. We used to come here more often when my son was practicing his social skills by ordering for himself and paying for his meal. The staff were always very patient with him and friendly, he has special needs and has a speech disfluency, but they always gave him the time he needed to speak. They've got plenty of seating here, I can't say how it compares to other locations as I haven't been to any. There is a small amount of parking in front of the store and more located a bit farther out. read more
