I was there at 1:15, so I'm the only customer there. I am at the order area and two employees are at the other side of the counter. After a few minutes I turned and looked at them one of them finally looked at me I shrugged my shoulders and pointed back at the menu, nothing from them. So I walked over to them and said can I place an order. One of them walked over to where I was standing to take my order. The process to pay was almost as painful. The other employee rang it up and when the receipt printed she just looked at me, I had to pull it off the printer. They honestly didn't care one bit to help me. read more

This location is one of my favorites & I stop in with my VP atleast once a week to grab bagels for our team. We stopped in last Friday to grab late breakfast to tied us over during a 3 hour meeting. We weren't going to make it to lunch at our normal time and this breakfast was heavy enough to last us. I was super annoyed to find out everyone's bagel was burned. Why serve us something like this ? The person that cooked this bagel wouldn't eat it and would likely toss it. It was too late to return for a refund or new bagels due to our meeting starting. Bagels were great as always, African American woman worker was very rude when we left saying "you were horrible see you later". It was 11 am and the only other people in there were ordering and leaving and not sitting down and eating so my friends and I were eating and chatting. We did not leave a mess, and we left a tip... NOT SO MUCH NOW Went to grab coffee last month(review is late because I complained to corporate and was waiting for a response... imagine this- NEVER got one ! Someone tried to come in the door so I went to the other door and opened it and wait for them to come in assuming maybe she just wanted everyone to come in and out one door before the people got to the door the door shut and locked behind me and they were unable to get in the store they decided to leave another couple came up to the door and I was sitting back in my seat by now and I told the employee your customers are trying to get in the store she yells NO!! Obviously not feeling comfortable in the store I decided to leave I'm sitting outside trying to finish my coffee( which by the way she had already dumped all the coffee at 12:30 so I couldn't get a refill) I decided to Sit outside - even more customers were coming they were confused the sign says they close At two why are the doors locked at 12:30 ??! I decided to take a picture of the hours of operation when I did it she noticed me came to the door and unlocked it by now it was 12:50. A woman went in and came promptly out asked her why are you leaving so fast?? she said I was told that I couldn't order anything hot because the ovens are off there was no coffee and unless I just wanted to try bagel she couldn't help me... My wife gets an Einstein Bros gift card from her boss every Christmas. We brought it with as we set out on our errands on this first day of the new year. When we were in Southlake, I checked to see if EBB was open. It was, but I was shocked at the yelp star average. Two! Really, two? It can't be that bad, can it? No matter, we have the gift card. Well the Nova lox bagel catches my eye. Thuy goes for the "Croque Melvyn - Thick - Cut Bacon, Ham, Cage-Free Eggs, Swiss, Raspberry Jam, Mustard Shmear on an Egg Bagel." Sounds pretty good. Only one problem, no egg bagels. So Thuy subs in the asiago (same as me). I also order a coffee. The first thing that bums me out, no raw (turbinado) sugar for my coffee. No major thing, but it's what I like, and it's what every other place that serves coffee seems to have it. Our food comes up, and my L&B is pretty good. No complaints. Thuy agrees (we swapped halves). I'm liking the Melvyn too, but think it would be better on the right, egg, bagel. Then Thuy notices something is missing from her Croque Melvyn. It is devoid of the raspberry jam, one of the key selling points. Initially I was leaning 3 stars, but now, all things considered; the lack of bagels (see picture), no turbindao sugar, and a botched bagel, well all I can think is, "Meh. I've experienced better." And that's where I leave this review, at two stars. It wasn't horrible, but it did not fulfil expectations either. Bottom line: Lox and bagel was decent, the rest was disappointing. read more

Unfortunately each time we have stopped by this location, they are out of so many things. One instance, they were out of nearly every bagel except for cinnamon sugar hours before closing. I have foind this location to be one of the worst Einstein's around, which is a shame because it is the only one that is close by. read more

My food was good. Everything was served up quickly and done correctly. But looking around the place I guess they really suffered In the pandemic. There were broken cupboards. There were drips going down into a drain that looks really nasty. When I went to the restroom there was bagels on the floor and a whole bunch of crumbed, and like the everything bagel exploded that were on the floor behind the counter time. Maybe they were too busy to take the time to clean it up but it just looked nasty. But aside from that the food was great. read more

Was greeted by friendly servers this Monday morning and a fairly empty place at 7:15am. It was my first venture into this restaurant so I played it fairly safe and ordered off the menu. The "Farmhouse" bagel sandwich was well made and very flavorful. The cheesy hash brown gourmet bagel on it had a perfect meld between chewiness and freshness. The eggs, ham, and bacon were all superb. Very filling little bagel sandwich. My iced latte coffee drink did the trick. This is a great location! I was greeted with warm smiles and high energy when I walked in the door. My egg sandwich order was fresh and made with excellence. When I came in they had a line and were pretty busy but the shift manager Re-Re was doing a great job managing the flow of the store. The coffee bar was well stocked and always maintained. The store in the bathrooms were clean and tidy. The staff was high energy and greeted everyone as if they were a regular customer. I will make sure to keep this as my regular bagel spot! read more

They each know my order (4 egg white Ham and Swiss on Asiago) - and always repeat it to make sure it's correct. Had a Nova Lox for lunch, which is a really nice change from the typical lunch sandwich. The Smoked Salmon tastes fresh and blends well with the Cream Cheese, Red Onion, Tomato and Capers. My only change would be a few more Capers to contrast the other toppings. I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the store. I visited before the lunch rush time and the floor was in desperate need of sweeping, and there was enough staff not doing anything that could have done some cleaning.
