Einstein has been open for a while now but I completely forgot about its existence. I stopped by recently to check this spot out and was kind of disappointed. Parking: Plentiful! Location: Ok. The interior is decently sized and there's bar seating too. They have booth seats along the far wall with outlets as well as regular table seats on the floor. One thing to note though, the tables and floors can be really messy/dirty. When I visited, the tables were not cleaned and there was trash on the floors. If more attention can be given to the seating area, that would be nice and more pleasant to visit. Service: Good. We came 30 min before closing and only ordered one thing. Overall, this is an OK spot to study. The prices are aligned with Starbucks down the street. The upkeep and cleanliness would be the main reason for me not to return.

The unnecessary rude employee that was rude again when I pulled up to the window.

The reviews are very real regarding service.. I was asking the employee taking my order a question about a drink and she just blew up screaming "what what is you saying I can't understand your question".. please hirer some new employees because I'm not coming back for this type of rude service. Food was ok, they burnt my bagel on my Texas Brisket Bagel but it was still good and then my lemonade was good until I noticed the hair on it which wasn't mine.

Went to Einstein Bagel at the Tucker Location Monday, June 7th @ 11:30am (check the CC Feed, corporate ) , 4324 Lavista Rd Unit D-103, Tucker, GA 30084, with my pregnant wife and toddler. We were ordering breakfast, and seemingly unprovoked started being berated by one of the lone team members. I suspect she might have been hitting the pipe before clocking-in, as she greeted us screaming and displayed a code-red level of belligerency, stating to myself " YOU NEED TO LEAVE! I SAW WHAT YOU DID! YOU NEED TO GO, NOW!" She apparently abandoned the line to come up front to yell "I saw what i did!," but failed to actually articulate what she thought I actually did, besides belligerent and babbling. We were in the location for 60 seconds. I took a photo of "Sous Vide Eggel" display, as I have celiac disease , and want to document EB's Gluten-free options for future reference. I then took another photo of my wife while she was placing her order. It was around this time, the team member on bagel making detail ran to front with her wild accusations about sexual assault. You see, according to her "there had been a creepy man who came in the past taking pictures of women's backside!" Naturally she assumed all men must moving forward must be sex-craved perverts who take unsolicited photos of women's butts, and must be publicly shamed (is this company policy?). Even if her perception of reality was true, which it wasn't, this is an unacceptable way to exercise "customer service" or play-out your social justice role-playing fantasies were you avenge injustices against all women. It's worth mentioning, this woman who I suspect was off her meds, wasn't even the manager, despite promoting herself to judge, jury and executioner of imaginary sexual assaults committed against women she fabricated in her own mind who meed saving. Turns out the actual manager was passive, meek geriatric who was hiding in the back fondling bagels, and claims to NOT heard the heated altercation. When ask to begrudgingly do his job, which I imagine is to "manage" and de-escalate conflicts , he dismissed the incident and informed my wife "you can't film on private property." Case Closed! No apology, no acknowledgement of any wrong doing, condemnation of his lone, unhinged team member, or any desire to resolved the complaint. His management style seems to be burying his head in the sand , letting the inmates run the insane asylum, and dying a slow, painless death while being a gutless, COWARD who avoids conflict and hides behind company policy. When you go to Einstein Bagel social media page, there are many examples of people both taking selfies in the establishment, posting pictures of the food, and tagging the Einstein Bagel. Maybe, Einstein Bagel, does have a policy were customer are forbidden to take photos on their premises thats not clearly posted on the premises , but this started with one of the employees accusing me of being a wanton pervert because I took a photo of my wife? Its worth mentioning, this took place in front of our child. My wife is WHITE and I'm BLACK, so maybe this incident was racial, as this deranged team member made many gross miscalculations that morning. There was many ways to deal with her wild prejudices, but she choose to act one assumption she was defending the honor of victimize women being photographed by their husbands. Maybe they should consider conducting random drug test and possibly a customer service work shop at this location, because I suspect a couple of the staff members are definitely self medicating by hitting the pipe, due to the inept management. PATHETIC!

The cold brew is sooo good. It's strong and flavorful! I got a vanilla cream cold brew, with almond milk. So flavorful. Definitely one of the best cold brews I have had.

Not awful not great. Seems like every time I go to an Einstein's they are out of the bagel I want. With that being said I am a sucker for their bagels and luckily their are plenty of options to choose from when they don't have my go to. Their iced coffee last visit was disgusting and really broke my heart. It tasted burnt and a little watered down. And having asked for caramel it didn't really taste like caramel. I like that this location has a drive thru and an outdoor seating area. However, the tables inside did not look clean and the girl at the register was kind of sassy. I think she was trying to joke around and be funny but she just wasn't.

Not worth your money (6$ bagel). We waited almost 10 minutes in the drive through and saw our food sitting on the counter. There were multiple people working and a few standing around. Dunkin' Donuts is way better! read more

Bought a toasted Asiago cheese bagel with smoked salmon shmear this morning via the drive-through. Barely toasted and covered in cinnamon and sugar. Made a very strange combination with the cheese bagel and smoked salmon cream cheese. The drive through associate told me they didn't offer a lox and bagel any more - after ordering I saw it listed on the menu as I was driving to the cash window. The shmear was also pretty scanty. Lots of other locations of Einstein's do much better. Positives were a quick drive-through experience and accurate bill/change. read more

Worst experience at drive thru. Waited an hour in the drive thru. Took 25 minutes from when I ordered to get my order. They have a huge problem at this location. It was staffed with 8 people and no one took their job seriously. Come on guys do you think you would be happy with how you are performing? read more

This place has great food and nice staff, my problem is that every time I go there, they are always out of what I want to order. It doesn't matter the time of day, they're out of something. Not just one or two things, one time I went through 5 different bagels before I got fed up with the whole thing and just asked what they have. My suggestion would be to prep for the entirely of the day or they'll lose more customers. read more

Absolutely the worst customer services I've seen in years. The staff are mostly young inexperienced females who are very unprofessional and rude. My orders have been consistently wrong and a huge challenge to correct without opposition. Today, I observed someone dropping a bagel on the floor in the kitchen area and picking it up to prepare someone's meal while laughing about it. Obviously, some of the staff seems reckless and unempathetic about the health and food sensitivities of other people. Will absolutely not buy any more food at this location until the staff changes. Will patronize other locations in the future. read more

First time in this establishment. I always go to Panera Bread but thought I give this one a try. Unfriendly staff and up charging is enough to stay away from this location. Purchased 1/2 dozen bagels only (no cream cheese) which was advertised as $6.89 on their price list but my total came out to be about $8.50. We're not the type to question anything so we didn't say anything but that dishonesty is enough to not go back again. I'll just keep going to Panera Bread for my bagel needs. read more

This was my first visit, and I definitely will not be back. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, and the kid brings my order out with cold cheese, not even remotely warmed or melted, on some burnt bacon, and an overly cooked bagel. Waste of money. It was disgusting. Not missing anything here folks. read more

I am very disappointed with the Einstein bagel in Tucker, GA. I asked for a simple request to have one of my six bagels toasted. I was told that they had to ring toasted bagels different. The manager came out and was just as bad. They gave me the toasted bagel with much resistance. I can get bagels at Starbucks or any local coffee house. I'm sure the service would be better, and they would be happy to take my money. I will not be going back to this particular Einstein's Bagel. read more

I ordered three items this morning, one of which was a Chorizo Sunrise sandwich. This was a take out order. When they called my name and gave me a bag, which I assumed was the entire order, only to get home and find out that the sandwich was not in the bag. So I had to pack up my child and get her back into the car and return to the store to get my sandwich. Since it had been over 20 minutes since the original sandwich was made (if in fact it was made), I asked the cashier for a fresh one be made so it wouldn't be cold by the time I got homer the second time to eat it. She found my original (cold) sandwich and took it back to the manager, who was in the kitchen. I could see them discuss my order through the window into the kitchen. A few minutes later, she returned with my sandwich. I asked her if it was a new one and she assured me that it was. When I got home and opened it, it was cold. It was the original sandwich! So I was lied to, then had to eat a cold sandwich! I will not return to this store. There are too many other options around who hopefully won't screw up a simple order and delivery across a counter, then won't accept their responsibility to make it right (especially when specifically requested), then lie and say they did!!! Unbelievable!!! read more

I literally have no idea what everyone is talking about in the reviews. I went to this location today for the first time and I was turned off so much that I left before ordering. First off no one was at the counter to greet me and second when the lady came to the front she was extremely RUDE with an attitude. I left Miami for a reason and this was one of them. This is my first and last time here.. Pathetic read more

Good study cafe. They have a small lot with about 6-8 spaces on the right before you see the cafe. Additionally they have one hour street parking around the cafe (labeled with signs). Shop is located in a quiet little area, glad I stopped by.

The sandwich for $16 had 2 pieces of bacon, one slice of cheese and one egg. The consistency of the pancakes were ok, they were dry to be honest and had little to no flavor. The staff was very kind and I know this is a franchise but the prices are not reflecting the quality or proportions of the product. Also the strawberry matcha gave me a stomach ache, I have matcha very often and that shows me it's not good quality matcha, it separated very quickly and the matcha grains settled at the bottom.

I also purchased a slice of the scrumptious famous caramel cake. Today I received a bonus slice along with the container size piece. I ate the bonus size first. It was so good! No will power....I ate both pieces. I would highly recommend the caramel cake. I will share my thoughts on the brownie on another day.
