This bar is a vibe, I love coming here. It's chill, nice music, good food, and the bartenders are nice. Having the arcade games are a plus

First and foremost they deleted my comment from google so now I'm here . This establishment is very racist . Me and my group came and had a very good time for the first two hours . We spent a lot of money on games and drinks . The bartender decided she didn't want to serve my cousin and tells her she's not serving us cause we didn't tip her which is extremely weird cause nobody was tipping her literally but you're refusing our services . She claim she felt threatened and we left . We were the only block people in the establishment. They didn't even have a manager to handle the problem allegedly she was the manager . The bouncer told my cousin fuck you which was extremely unprofessional and he deserved his ass kicked so we left instead . I'll never return . Let me rephrase this, if you're an African American please stay away from this place seriously . read more

First time here was last night. While at the bar trying to order drinks, the bartender purposely did her best to serve everyone at the bar before she served me. She even cleaned up in the midst of me waiting to order. Second time i approached the bar i asked the bartender was the kitchen still open, she informs me that she would no longer serve my groups because we "didn't tip her enough". Side-note: my first drink came up to $11 and i tipped her $2. "the group" she is referring to also spent plenty on money on food, drinks (each time leaving a tip)and games. Our bartender Tyler was incredible! He was so welcoming! It was our first time there and he was awesome!

Three months ago, the burgers and fries were exceptional. Tonight we were disappointed because they have changed to a thin patty. We asked for them to be cooked medium, thinking they were the same thicker patties we had before. They were all well done, and one was burned. Even the french fries are different. It seems they've switched to a cheaper and lower grade of food products. We had to get menus and place our order with the bartender. I highly doubt we'll be back. read more

I love this place for the Pinball machines. I collect, wrench, and play pinball as a hobby and this place gets me my fix of newer machines I can't afford to buy. My friends and I will come here 1-2 times a month and drop hundreds on beer, pinball, and food. I had the high score on the Ghostbusters and TMNT machines for awhile. May still have the TMNT grand champ. I haven't been in awhile, but I've been here at least 12 times and my experience has been the same each time. The food is great here as well. The loaded fries are totally worth the price and we order them each time we go. Easily knocked out by 3-4 guys...but really good. Great beer selection as well. They don't have everything, but it's a nice selection of many styles of beer. If you want a bigger selection, you'll need to stay with a Flying Saucer type place that focuses solely on it's been selection. The only complaint I have is that sometimes there's overly loud music on Saturdays(when we normally go). Nothing wrong with music at a reasonable volume, but sometimes I can't hear the machine I'm playing over the music and I'm in the other room standing in front of a loud pinball machine. First of all, Keith was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and friendly which really made our experience awesome. My son and I went in the middle of the afternoon on a Wednesday and there were only a few other people there. He had such a fun time playing all the games which were reasonably priced. Menu was limited but I don't think people are coming here looking for a gourmet meal ;-) kids meal (priced half off mon-thurs!) quesadillas didn't look all that good to me but my son devoured them so I guess they were delicious! I ordered the hummus from appetizer menu which was pretty tasty. I was definitely impressed with the beer selection. We can't wait to go back! read more

This Bar is super fun & offers different things through out the week. My service was spectacular! I went on a night where the bar tenders Jake & Renee were there. This place was awesome. My boyfriend and I were looking for a chill, fun bar in Richmond (where there is nothing) to hang out and watch the Titans playoff game. I stumbled upon this place thanks to Yelp and had no idea we came on the grand opening day! Angela was absolutely fantastic and took great care of us, even later in the night when it got busier. We only ordered a couple of apps - chips and queso (that we're huge) and mozzarella sticks (perfectly crispy) but the rest of the food looked delicious. Tons of TVs and a large space, also a huge game area. We will definitely be back and greatly appreciate a place like this in the Richmond area! read more

I am very disappointed to have to give this place 2 stars. We have been Friday regulars, and have always been treated amazing as well as have made so many new friends. Unfortunately, tonight we walked in to a new bar staff, which we don't mind, however, there was no personality behind the bar, nor very much energy from them. WE MISS MIKE BEHIND THE BAR!!! This place was starting to pick up and was a place that was picking up many regulars. This bar deserves 5 stars, please bring back the all star crew, Mike, Chris, Kiera, Ernesto and the wonderful cook, Orlando. They hava a very bitter and rude bartender. An older white woman that ignores customers. Today we were there for an hour and she never took our order. Last time after we waited at the bar for a while, and she only a few customers she finally came over and asked me in a very ugly tone "what do you want?" then she walked away and didn't even say I'll be back. After a while she came back with a very bad attitude to take my payment and didn't even say thank you. We will not be going back. read more

This place is amazing. Side game room of pinball machines. Reminds me of when I was a kid minus the cigarette smoke. No smoking which is fine. I prefer being outside to have a smoke. Food is great. Not a huge fan of the buns but the meat is juicy and cooked to perfection. Cheese sticks are awesome. Overall very happy they are close to my house and office. Highly recommend. My wife and I went out on a Friday for dinner and drinks. The service was very friendly and the food came out fast and fresh. The bartender was very attentive and by the time we left he new my name. The fried avocado bites were great with the jalapeño ranch sauce. The beer was cold and they had good shot specials too. Tyler is the best bartender I have ever had, and i'm an alcoholic. He recommended shots i've never even heard of and he predicted what I wanted perfectly. Him and Jake made me actually want to stay at the bar and drink more instead of playing games because they made me feel like I wasn't drinking alone. I am a regular and would never write a yelp review, but they were running around the whole bar and making everyone happy so i feel like they deserve praise so here I am. 5/5 stars FOR SURE.
