Not bad ramen shop in Cheongdam Food Hall offering *almost* 50% deal on their ramen and bogo on sushi. * tonkotsu ramen (4/5) - standard, slightly lean meat but great $10 value w the soft opening deal Our server was super sweet and accommodating. I'd probably try their specialty spicy ramen next time.

Well this is a small hole on the wall place next to Neko sushi and Neko supreme. Kinda confusing at first. Saw a sign that said Neko ramen. And kept waking back and forward a few. Then stopped at the sign that said Eki ramen. Then the guy came outside and said don't be shy and come on in. When I asked he said it's Neko but listed as Eki. Ok whatever I wanted to try. So ordered a few dishes. And a bunch of inari as I wanted to see what it was about. It was a happy hour special so it was 1.99 a piece Wanted to warm up a bit with some soup. It is 55 degrees outside. And it felt like 60 inside. Food got cold really fast. Like come on guys. Can we turn the heater on? They have a microwave on the side counter. Wonder if I could have just heated up my food myself. Lol Handroll wasn't made like the traditional hand rolls see have been accustomed too. If you look at my pics it looks like a square piece of seaweed folded on half like a taco and put inside the holder. Now this doesn't change the overall taste of it (which was good by the way) but some inconvenience for some. See I didn't eat it right away as I was eating my ramen. So by the time I got to the handroll (5 mins later) the seaweed was soggy and sticking to the wooden holder and fell apart. I just scooped it out onto a plate and ate it with my chopsticks. Inari actually exceeded my expectations. It was overstuffed and lots of toppings. Double the size you would normally get at an ayce location. I recommend the creamy lobster. And eel. For some reason they ran out of anything salmon. Kinda weird. Wonder why they just didn't go get some from there ayce sushi stores literally nextdoor lol. Just saying. Lots of improvements could have been done yes. But overall experience of the food taste and flavor is good. Side note. I asked about doing a yelp check in and he mentioned the free dessert. So I did it on front of him and he showed me which one to pick (Eki ramen) and done. Yet he still didn't bring me anything. It is what it is. Jist payed our bill and left. Wasn't a deal breaker for me

It's been a while since we had GOOD ramen... and this place is now added to our TOP list. Service was great no complaints. This place is small but we were seated quickly. Our food came out pretty quick after ordering. OMG. The broth was delicious- after tasting the broth I knew it was gonna be good! Definitely lives up to the name "Umami" black garlic. The ratio of each item was perfect- nothing over powered anything! The meat was good too. I haven't had GOOD ramen in a while and thiiiiis was a hit! Lol. Husband enjoyed his ramen- it wasnt as spicy as he wanted it to be but he agrees with everything I said (Good Hubs) The crispy rice was good, nothing special. Husband thought rice was a little too crispy. The snowflake gyoza was good loved the texture and the dipping sauce that came with it was good! Overall, definitely on our list! Definitely a spot to try!

I love how cute this spot is! Eki Ramen has such a warm and cozy aesthetic that makes you want to stay a while. The ramen I had was delicious -- loaded with noodles and topped with a whole chicken thigh that was full of flavor and soaked up the rich broth perfectly. I also really liked that the noodles were a little thicker, which gave the ramen even more bite. Their snowflake gyoza was crispy and tasty, and I loved the added touch of their banchan and cupbaps to-go. The cupbaps are super convenient since you can just microwave them at home. Service here is also amazing -- the staff is so kind, friendly, and quick, always serving with warm smiles. Overall, I'd definitely come back here for both the food and the vibes!

Honestly, for a Saturday night... this place is amazing! Cheap ramen and BOGO on appetizers! We were immediately seated and the staff was joking and laughing with us! It's like a little escape to Japan the decor is amazing!! You are really missing out if you don't try this spot!!

I recently stopped by and tried a selection of their standout dishes--and honestly, everything was delicious. I started with the Spicy Volcano Ramen, and this bowl immediately set the tone. The broth is rich, deeply flavored, and brings the perfect amount of heat that builds gradually. Paired with bouncy noodles and hearty toppings, it's the kind of ramen that leaves a lasting impression for spice lovers. Next up was the Whole Chicken Thigh Ramen, which was incredibly satisfying in a completely different way. The chicken thigh was tender and perfectly seasoned, and the broth had this warm, savory richness that felt both clean and comforting. Simple ingredients, executed beautifully. For something a bit indulgent, the Lobster Toast was definitely a highlight--crispy, buttery, and generously topped with lobster. When we first stepped in, our waiter greeted us warmly and we immediately got seated. Japanese music was playing and the ambiance was pretty casual. They also have a special going on where some items are half off. I got their house special ramen and it tasted amazing. The broth was delicious and the ramen noodles were the right consistency. I can't wait to come here again.

I really wanted to keep supporting this place, but the constant menu changes have finally lost me. I miss the original Neko Ramen menu from when they first opened. With all my favorites now removed, there just isn't enough left on the menu to warrant a return visit. Great service can't make up for the loss of the food that made me a regular in the first place. Please bring back the addictive cucumbers at the bare minimum! If you really want to get us back as loyal "day one" customers, bring back that original menu with the hand rolls and the creamy chicken ramen. Until then, we'll be looking for a new go-to spot.

Incredibly cute and delicious ramen shop in Chinatown. Eki Ramen is styled after traditional quick but delicious ramen in Japanese train stations and the vibe inside is so well done. Service was excellent as well and everyone was very friendly and prompt. I got the original ramen which was genuinely the best ramen and broth I've had yet. I'm not normally one to go crazy for ramen but I am currently losing it over this broth. Most of the menu is also half off or buy one get one (in the case of some appetizers). This spot is so affordable with incredible food. My ramen was only ~$10 and the chicken karage (excellent fry) was ~$7. There is a parking garage as the outside parking fills up quickly. I'm excited to make Eki part of my rotation this weekend.

Formerly Neko Ramen, Eli Ramen has the same delicious food options. The umami black garlic ramen was flavorful and filled with toppings. I inhaled it. My husband loved the eki signature ramen (he had it two nights in a row). The lobster roll was solid and i enjoyed it. The place is quaint so be prepared to wait for a seat or to sit along the wall. The decor is fun and the service was great. The prices are phenomenal!

What a great little establishment. I used to frequent Neko Ramen and was worried the rebrand would change the food. To my surprise it changed for the better. Great prices and great food. The service was prompt. The vibe was bopping. I highly recommend swinging by before 5pm and hit up happy hour. (Limited time). Honestly though, quality of food for price makes this place a 5 star. Spicy hangover ramen for the win. read more

Flew into town on Christmas Day. Couldn't decide to where to eat. Ended up checking out the Chinatown area. So many restaurants were open late. Crowds of people looking for a place to eat. Ended up at Eki Ramen. We ordered 2 ramen bowls. The Eki jumbo chicken ramen and the garlic umami ramen. Broth was very flavorful. So much food for the price. We also ordered the golden Philly Cali roll and Baked lobster roll for appetizers. It was buy one get one free for the appetizers. Service is friendly. Come here for some good ramen whenever you are in the area. It was very filling. Love something warm on a cool night. read more

My wife and I found Eki Ramen on Yelp and she found several positive reviews on TikTok. We decided to give it a try. We were blown away by the low prices on the menu and further shocked at the size of the portions. Neither of us were able to finish our bowls. The ramen was great and the broth had excellent flavor. I like the food and the service it's just the owner needs to hire at-least two more workers. The order taker did everything by herself at the front she was also the cashier which is too much for a person. Hopefully when I we comeback we don't have to wait too long to pay which is not the workers fault it's the owner!! read more

I used to love coming here with my partner every week when they had their promotions BOGO on the back page of the menu and almost 50% off ramen bowls on the front of the menu. Two stars because they took away half the menu including my beloved Japanese lasagna rolls. I came here today only to learn that the menu was changed. The ramen is delicious. Thats why it's not a one star. Today, I ordered the ramen by itself when I normally order it with the Japanese lasagna rolls. As I'm waiting for the food, I notice at least three parties come in only to be disappointed by the changes. One group sat down then straight left. I'm not sure I'll be frequenting this place as much. My partner and I are feeling very disappointed. I guess we'll be looking for a new place to frequent from now on because this isn't it for us any longer. read more

I've been coming here for the last 2 years, and I'm so sad that they changed the menu and removed the addicting cucumber! They also used to have an older woman with spiky pink hair who was the best waitress, but she apparently doesn't work here anymore which is a shame because she was a huge reason we came here. Overall the ramen itself is very good, but the addicting cucumber needs to be added to the menu again for us to come back. read more

For drinks, we tried the strawberry soda and melon soda with vanilla ice cream, and they were both refreshing, fun, and the perfect complement to the meal. Disclaimer: Vegas' food scene is so dynamic and competitive I feel like I'm having to be reaaaaaly picky with my reviews. Otherwise this would probably have easily scored 4 stars in most other cities. Effectively it is a 4 star ramen shop - it's pretty good, most of the components are correct, broth is decent, noodles are decent, flavors good. Service was great! Really cute buildout. But would it KILL the ramen shops around here to FULLY WARM UP THE CHASHU AND EGG BEFORE YOU PUT IT IN THE BOWL? They probably don't deserve this much wrath - again, it's solid ramen - but I just felt like I had a meltdown today since this is like the third place in a row that didn't bother fully heating these CORE INGREDIENTS. I hate getting a piping hot bowl of ramen and biting into an egg and it's ice cold. This is so stupid please give slightly more care to how you assemble your bowls. I get that you don't cook those delicious eggs or chashu to order (though you could...) but come up with a way to keep a few warmed up since everyone is going to order them anyways? Again, sorry, I am not targeting this rant STRICTLY at Eki but I've just kind of had it. By the third visit, the staff already started recognizing us and of course David's always super friendly and attentive, sometimes he even hooks us up with freebies (W for the restaurant and for David ). I totally forgot the name of the one i ordered but the seasoning was on point and it came with lots of toppings, if they made the spicy sauce a bit spicier,it would've been perfect. I got salmon, yellowtail and eel. All were perfectly fine. The rice was fine. They weren't fishy. They weren't amazing. They were fine. So far so good. I ordered tochi, which was the fried jalapeno. Oh I love this! And then I got it. Theirs is not stuffed with spicy tuna. Theirs is stuffed with crab. The problem is that you can't taste the crab because it's overpowered by the jalapeno. It was ok. I wouldn't get it again. The mushrooms were good. These had the same ingredients as the jalapeno, but here it worked because the mushrooms are mild. I would recommend these. Then came the spicy tuna. The tuna was excellent. I see pictures of the spicy tuna sushi and it has cucumber in it. I did not get cucumber. Mine was a hard wedge that was bitter. I'm pretty sure it was daikon. It was ok. Cucumber would have been better. The issue came with the rice. It was severely overcooked and rubbery. It stretched and it was nasty. I ate a few with it and the rubbery mush made me gag. I tried doctoring it up by putting lots of wasabi and ginger on it. I even put some pepper flakes from my edamame on it. The texture just was so yucky though. I ended up peeling off the rubber rice and putting it in my napkin. This roll was a 4/10. The tuna was so good though. That was it's only saving grace. After choking down this roll, there was no way I was ordering another sushi roll and risking getting horrid rice. No thanks. I ordered some miso soup, which tasted like a chicken broth and it was so good. I ordered spicy edamame, which was the star of the show. It's sad that was the star. I'm not going to come back for edamame. It was really good though. I got green tea mochi. That was lovely. My server was attentive and friendly. She got me extra napkins and was checking on me quite a bit. I ate at the bar where they had a stockpile of little containers with ginger and wasabi. One of the workers sat the large container of ginger on the floor and was filling small plastic to-go containers from there. I was thinking why on the floor, and how many small containers do you need? There were already so many. AYCE anytime was $28. I gave $40 to cover that and the tip. I just drank water. I can't get around the fact that I don't feel good about ordering sushi here. That's the main attraction. I can't justify coming back.
