Not bad ramen shop in Cheongdam Food Hall offering *almost* 50% deal on their ramen and bogo on sushi. * tonkotsu ramen (4/5) - standard, slightly lean meat but great $10 value w the soft opening deal Our server was super sweet and accommodating. I'd probably try their specialty spicy ramen next time.

Well this is a small hole on the wall place next to Neko sushi and Neko supreme. Kinda confusing at first. Saw a sign that said Neko ramen. And kept waking back and forward a few. Then stopped at the sign that said Eki ramen. Then the guy came outside and said don't be shy and come on in. When I asked he said it's Neko but listed as Eki. Ok whatever I wanted to try. So ordered a few dishes. And a bunch of inari as I wanted to see what it was about. It was a happy hour special so it was 1.99 a piece Wanted to warm up a bit with some soup. It is 55 degrees outside. And it felt like 60 inside. Food got cold really fast. Like come on guys. Can we turn the heater on? They have a microwave on the side counter. Wonder if I could have just heated up my food myself. Lol Handroll wasn't made like the traditional hand rolls see have been accustomed too. If you look at my pics it looks like a square piece of seaweed folded on half like a taco and put inside the holder. Now this doesn't change the overall taste of it (which was good by the way) but some inconvenience for some. See I didn't eat it right away as I was eating my ramen. So by the time I got to the handroll (5 mins later) the seaweed was soggy and sticking to the wooden holder and fell apart. I just scooped it out onto a plate and ate it with my chopsticks. Inari actually exceeded my expectations. It was overstuffed and lots of toppings. Double the size you would normally get at an ayce location. I recommend the creamy lobster. And eel. For some reason they ran out of anything salmon. Kinda weird. Wonder why they just didn't go get some from there ayce sushi stores literally nextdoor lol. Just saying. Lots of improvements could have been done yes. But overall experience of the food taste and flavor is good. Side note. I asked about doing a yelp check in and he mentioned the free dessert. So I did it on front of him and he showed me which one to pick (Eki ramen) and done. Yet he still didn't bring me anything. It is what it is. Jist payed our bill and left. Wasn't a deal breaker for me

It's been a while since we had GOOD ramen... and this place is now added to our TOP list. Service was great no complaints. This place is small but we were seated quickly. Our food came out pretty quick after ordering. OMG. The broth was delicious- after tasting the broth I knew it was gonna be good! Definitely lives up to the name "Umami" black garlic. The ratio of each item was perfect- nothing over powered anything! The meat was good too. I haven't had GOOD ramen in a while and thiiiiis was a hit! Lol. Husband enjoyed his ramen- it wasnt as spicy as he wanted it to be but he agrees with everything I said (Good Hubs) The crispy rice was good, nothing special. Husband thought rice was a little too crispy. The snowflake gyoza was good loved the texture and the dipping sauce that came with it was good! Overall, definitely on our list! Definitely a spot to try!

I love how cute this spot is! Eki Ramen has such a warm and cozy aesthetic that makes you want to stay a while. The ramen I had was delicious -- loaded with noodles and topped with a whole chicken thigh that was full of flavor and soaked up the rich broth perfectly. I also really liked that the noodles were a little thicker, which gave the ramen even more bite. Their snowflake gyoza was crispy and tasty, and I loved the added touch of their banchan and cupbaps to-go. The cupbaps are super convenient since you can just microwave them at home. Service here is also amazing -- the staff is so kind, friendly, and quick, always serving with warm smiles. Overall, I'd definitely come back here for both the food and the vibes!

Honestly, for a Saturday night... this place is amazing! Cheap ramen and BOGO on appetizers! We were immediately seated and the staff was joking and laughing with us! It's like a little escape to Japan the decor is amazing!! You are really missing out if you don't try this spot!!

I recently stopped by and tried a selection of their standout dishes--and honestly, everything was delicious. I started with the Spicy Volcano Ramen, and this bowl immediately set the tone. The broth is rich, deeply flavored, and brings the perfect amount of heat that builds gradually. Paired with bouncy noodles and hearty toppings, it's the kind of ramen that leaves a lasting impression for spice lovers. Next up was the Whole Chicken Thigh Ramen, which was incredibly satisfying in a completely different way. The chicken thigh was tender and perfectly seasoned, and the broth had this warm, savory richness that felt both clean and comforting. Simple ingredients, executed beautifully. For something a bit indulgent, the Lobster Toast was definitely a highlight--crispy, buttery, and generously topped with lobster. The Lobster Roll was fresh and well-balanced, with a soft, toasted bun that tied everything together. And of course, the Bulgogi Fries were impossible to resist: crispy fries loaded with sweet-savory bulgogi and just the right drizzle of sauce. Overall, every dish I tried was genuinely delicious. When we first stepped in, our waiter greeted us warmly and we immediately got seated. Japanese music was playing and the ambiance was pretty casual. They also have a special going on where some items are half off. I got their house special ramen and it tasted amazing. The broth was delicious and the ramen noodles were the right consistency. I can't wait to come here again.

I really wanted to keep supporting this place, but the constant menu changes have finally lost me. I miss the original Neko Ramen menu from when they first opened. With all my favorites now removed, there just isn't enough left on the menu to warrant a return visit. Great service can't make up for the loss of the food that made me a regular in the first place. Please bring back the addictive cucumbers at the bare minimum! If you really want to get us back as loyal "day one" customers, bring back that original menu with the hand rolls and the creamy chicken ramen. Until then, we'll be looking for a new go-to spot.

Incredibly cute and delicious ramen shop in Chinatown. Eki Ramen is styled after traditional quick but delicious ramen in Japanese train stations and the vibe inside is so well done. Service was excellent as well and everyone was very friendly and prompt. I got the original ramen which was genuinely the best ramen and broth I've had yet. I'm not normally one to go crazy for ramen but I am currently losing it over this broth. Most of the menu is also half off or buy one get one (in the case of some appetizers). This spot is so affordable with incredible food. My ramen was only ~$10 and the chicken karage (excellent fry) was ~$7. There is a parking garage as the outside parking fills up quickly. I'm excited to make Eki part of my rotation this weekend.

Formerly Neko Ramen, Eli Ramen has the same delicious food options. The umami black garlic ramen was flavorful and filled with toppings. I inhaled it. My husband loved the eki signature ramen (he had it two nights in a row). The lobster roll was solid and i enjoyed it. The place is quaint so be prepared to wait for a seat or to sit along the wall. The decor is fun and the service was great. The prices are phenomenal!

Well I read so many reviews about this place, I just had to come to Chinatown and try it. I had a hard time finding it, it's way in a corner. Parking was not a problem. I was greeted very quickly. Service was way over and beyond. Every few minutes I was asked if everything was ok. I ordered the Addicting Cucumbers and Umami Black Ramen. Being my first time here I wasn't very impressed. The Addicting Cucumbers were very Oily and bland. not much flavor, lots of crunch though. The Umami Black Ramen didn't have hardly any flavor, more noodles than veggies. Over all, about 2 hours later I had massive diarrhea. The place was clean and booths very comfortable. I'll more than likely not be returning but I'll keep trying new places in Chinatown. read more

I'm obsessed with this place. It always hits the spot. They're friendly, consistent, fast, and delicious. My go to order is the Signature Ramen Tonkotsu. My husband orders the same with extra noodles. It's very creamy and just what I had been looking for in Vegas. We also always order the gyoza and shrimp tempura. So so good. I am writing to share a disappointing experience I had at your location today. I am a regular customer and usually enjoy coming here, but the service I received from the server (red hair/facial piercings) was very unprofessional. When I first arrived and asked for napkins to clean a mess off my car, I was met with an immediate attitude. Later, when I tried to order, she insisted that all your ramens have the same broth, even though I was pointing at the menu which clearly lists Tonkotsu, Shoyu, and Miso separately. When I asked to wait for my friends, she was very dismissive and told me I should just cancel the order rather than trying to be accommodating. I've always liked the food and the kitchen staff is great, but this interaction was so unpleasant that I ended up leaving and taking my friends elsewhere. I was looking for the new Japanese restaurant and luckily we have found this place. The space is spot on, clean, excellent service, and food was absolutely delicious. Big portion, good price, tasty chicken karaage (definitely try). I have fell in love with this place and absolutely comeback and become a regular customer because I love it! Eki Ramen is the new name for Neko Ramen. It is so delicious!!! The best Ramen in LAs Vegas! We are coming back for sure. The service is amazing as well. Did not take pictures of the food but here are some pictures of the restaurant. We had the spicy Eki ramen and the Tokyo style and I added the spicy as well. The shrimp tempura was also delicious! Christmas Eve, thought my wife and I would try out what looked in the Yelp pictures as a tasty looking ramen and wanted to try it out for dinner. It's right next to Neko Sushi, and the fonts for the signs and everything led us to think it is the same ownership. The ambiance, similar to Neko Sushi. Clean and looked very Japanese casual dining. Service was not the best. They had 1 server serve the entire dinner service full of diners. The server once the food was served, did not check in on us and we had to flag her down for the bill. The server was seen hanging out having casual conversations with the kitchen staff. The food, the Gyu Don was not very japanese. The cuts of beef there thicker and seemed to be more teriyaki-ish but not quite. Pretty pricey for a small bowl. We also ordered a spicy crab roll...no real soft shell crabs...just imitation crab rolled in the making, which was coated in tempura coating and fried and heavily sauced (very Neko Sushi). Pass. Lastly, the Umami Black Garlic Ramen. The broth was watery and thin. Not a Tonkotsu soup base we were looking for. All the ingredients were mixed in, instead of topped. Very soup drowned char shiu was disappointing. Overall, we will not be back. read more

Great service at this new small ramen restaurant tucked in the corner of the shopping center. Service was great, the waiter and assistant were very attentive. Things we enjoyed were the amazing cucumber salad and the fried gyoza. My friend and I ordered two different base stocks, she ordered the miso ramen, I ordered tonkatsu ramen. The dish was an average portion and there many different additions included in the soup like corn, bean, sprouts fish cake, and half of an egg + 2 slices of pork. We were a bit disappointed in the broth, it good, but not great and lacked a depth flavor. I'm a little surprised at the 4.7 rating given the extensive options available in Las Vegas. It is a pretty new restaurant and I'm hoping with feedback that they continue to improve because it was definitely a cute little place to grab a bowl of ramen. read more

While we were waiting, I asked another customer how the ramen was because we were considering coming back to try it. Her response was, "It's pretty decent," which wasn't exactly a glowing endorsement. To top it off, parking in this plaza is a nightmare. There are simply too many businesses competing for too few parking spaces. Unfortunately, between the long wait, steep prices, and underwhelming first impression, this wasn't a place we'll be returning to.

Disclaimer: Vegas' food scene is so dynamic and competitive I feel like I'm having to be reaaaaaly picky with my reviews. Otherwise this would probably have easily scored 4 stars in most other cities. Effectively it is a 4 star ramen shop - it's pretty good, most of the components are correct, broth is decent, noodles are decent, flavors good. Service was great! Really cute buildout. But would it KILL the ramen shops around here to FULLY WARM UP THE CHASHU AND EGG BEFORE YOU PUT IT IN THE BOWL? They probably don't deserve this much wrath - again, it's solid ramen - but I just felt like I had a meltdown today since this is like the third place in a row that didn't bother fully heating these CORE INGREDIENTS. I hate getting a piping hot bowl of ramen and biting into an egg and it's ice cold. This is so stupid please give slightly more care to how you assemble your bowls. I get that you don't cook those delicious eggs or chashu to order (though you could...) but come up with a way to keep a few warmed up since everyone is going to order them anyways? Again, sorry, I am not targeting this rant STRICTLY at Eki but I've just kind of had it. This ramen spot was such a hidden gem! We started with the spicy cheese gyoza, and they were absolutely amazing - crispy on the outside, cheesy and melty on the inside with the perfect spicy kick. I could honestly eat a whole plate by myself. I ordered the Eki ramen, and it was the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The broth was so rich and comforting, and every bite felt like a warm hug. We also tried the Spicy Volcano ramen, and it truly lived up to its name - bold, flavorful, and spicy in the best way without being overwhelming. Me and my boyfriend found this place a few weeks ago and the first time we came in, i instantly liked the vibe,the atmosphere was cozy and the staff were super sweet and friendly. By the third visit, the staff already started recognizing us and of course David's always super friendly and attentive, sometimes he even hooks us up with freebies (W for the restaurant and for David ). We've probably only explored like 30% of the menu so far since we usually come after work,we're not trying to eat until we burst ... so we mostly just order appetizers (must try the Croquette and Takoyaki). The ramen was pretty good too, but it was kinda too much for my portion size hehe. I totally forgot the name of the one i ordered but the seasoning was on point and it came with lots of toppings, if they made the spicy sauce a bit spicier,it would've been perfect. Other than that, we usually just stick to appetizers , we're obsessed with their fried stuff, it's just so freaking good. Amazing experience at EKI Ramen! Stopped by EKI Ramen on Spring Mountain and everything was fantastic. Eki Ramen (formerly Neko Ramen) is still run by the same great team, but the food somehow got even better! The rebranding is a little confusing since you'll still see the Neko cat around, but I guess they're in the middle of the transition. Our server, Mathew, casually mentioned that a new menu with more variety is coming soon -- can't wait for that! Definitely looking forward to coming back and checking out what's next. read more

This ramen spot is a total gem. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen, and the broth was absolutely the highlight--so light, yet creamy and full of flavor. It had the perfect balance: rich without being too heavy. Overall, the meal was delicious from start to finish. It's definitely a spot worth returning to whenever a comforting bowl of ramen calls. Holy Molly pozolliii!!! As soon as you walk in service 10/10 Mathew receives you with such enthusiasm you know service will be great! He recommended the Spicy Volcano and it sure didn't disappoint! This place had great service and nice food. It is in the corner section of the shopping center on the ground level. The kimchi cucumbers were great and so flavorful. HONESTLY... everything was great! Super welcoming the second you enter the room. Great service, super attentive. The ambiance is really good too -- social, and nice decor! Matthew was extremely nice and very swift with processing everything after I told him I was on a time crunch. He spoke very clearly and very direct which helped me understand the menu more. Me , my wife, and my daughter love coming here(it's are go to spot) . The food is amazing, the staff are always so polite and attentive, we definitely recommend this place for anyone interested in ramen. Try the baked California rolls, and karrage chicken.
