I showed her my email. She then said I don't know what to tell you. I was running out of time to even eat at this point. I told her my name again and that I would call regarding getting my money back. I got the most terrible sandwich for $20 Nextdoor and basically didn't even eat. So I called and she proceeded to say she was soo busy. I politely told her,you absolutely were not. I watched you for 20 minutes! And you ignored me multiple times after looking at me. You dismissed me. She claimed she had 3 online orders before I got there. She stated she found my order. I reminded her that I placed my order 25 minutes before I even got there. She then apologized again,while defending the fact she was "so busy" I stated that "being so busy" has nothing to do with customer service. I asked for management. She said they would be back on Monday. What a let down. What a shame that people With no customer service have to work in it just to have a job. I have sympathy and understanding to a certain level. But now I'm out the $20 I spent on a terrible sandwich from the neighboring store plus my expectations and business from what I was expecting to be an amazing sandwich.
