This is what they are famous for. You cook the beef on the hot pot, and it is tender. The dipping sauce adds to the flavor, especially the one with wasabi in it. The cabbage salad is perfect. Cream Udon: 3 out of 5. The cream on top looks very interesting, but after a few bites, it does feel a little too creamy and heavy. Pork Cutlet: 5 out of 5. Huge portion of two pieces, worth the price. Tofu and Karaage: 4 out of 5. Good. Overall, we loved the meal and the service, and would definitely come back.

I saw that Yelp offers reservations and I booked a table for tomorrow for a celebratory dinner, with a memo asking if the teppan table was low enough for a wheelchair. I never received a response. I called to verify this question and they told me that there were no more teppan seats available. I couldn't understand what she was talking about, and I said I made a reservation online, and was told by here that I would have to sit at a regular table. WTF??? Apparently they have regular tables for you to order off the menu I think? And she never did answer my question if their teppan tables were wheelchair height. No apologies, just blamed Yelp for their reservation system and that I needed to make reservations weeks in advanced for a teppan table. This place needs to work with Yelp to figure out how to specify making reservations teppan vs. regular tables or just have people call and talk to a person to make reservations for a teppan table. Good thing I called otherwise I would've shown up for dinner tomorrow only to find out that I wouldn't have a seat at the table and disappoint my whole family. I ended up cancelling my reservation and making one at another teppan restaurant who did confirm they could accommodate a wheelchair.
