Usually, I love salmon from Cattleman's as it is always cooked just right and very flavorful. But this salmon was cooked to well done and was tough and flavorless. Some of the toppings I had ordered for my baked potato were missing and the green onions had spilled in the bag because the lid wasn't on properly. The interior was very nice, clean, and well decorated. Service was friendly. I do love cattleman's, so I plan to give this location another try. Hopefully it was just a bad day in the kitchen.
