I finally visited a sister restaurant of Luigi's located across the street from the Floral Park…read moreTrain Station. The ambiance appears to be bigger than Luigi's and it's always busy/packed. Reservations are highly recommended. A lot of my mom friends rave about this place and I got to dine here twice with them, once for brunch and the other for dinner. The first time I came here was with my child for brunch. I got a mocktail and we ordered chicken and waffles along the unadvertised kids menu containing chicken fingers and fries. Portions for both dishes were generous and took home the leftovers. We also shared the Brussels sprouts and the infamois complimentary bread, which were really good. The second and most recent time we went was for dinner with the a huge group of moms. We shared the Caesar salad, Brussels sprouts, and general two's cauliflower, which was amazing. I had the red sangria and a taste of the Huckleberry lemonade, drinks were strong. For the entrees I ordered the salmon and once again portion was huge, took it home and the hubby ate the leftovers. Other moms ordered the frose, spicy paloma, le poulet and spicy Rigatoni. At the end we had key lime pie which tasted great but I was too full to finish it. I'll be coming to this spot more often because of great company and food!

This one is every ounce of what they market online. The food is amazing. The staff is amazing. Inside is amazing. There's even plenty of parking near the local train station. The marketing team did an outstanding job representing this restaurant. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

Loving it as finding a parking spot is way easier aside from the fact that it has its own parking lot. Yay to that! When we walked in, sat down and served... I would say it still same Rincon vibes we get used to. Our wait staff even mentioned that they same all people working here both in management and staff. They kept all their original decorations , picture frames, table sets and was nice feeling to see it all here. Food still good, music is pleasant to the ears , service is impeccable. Will come back again. Would even recommend to family and friends living near the area.

What they offer include the slow-roasted pernil, rich Ropa Vieja, and the Cuban sandwich. Portions are generous, the cocktails (like mojitos and sangria) are excellent, and the lively atmosphere makes it a great spot for both casual dining and celebrations. They offer rich, comforting, and authentic Cuban flavors. Diners love the slow-roasted pork (pernil) and Ropa Vieja, which melt in your mouth. If you want something lighter, the Cubano sandwich on Long Island is frequently cited as a destination-worthy staple. The space feels warm and family-run, as what I may describe as stepping into an "abuela's house". The staff is highly attentive and offers great menu recommendations. It tends to get packed--especially on weekend evenings--but the lively vibe (including staff-led birthday songs) adds to the charm. I note that the pricing is moderate and reasonable for the high quality and generous portion sizes, frequently allowing diners to take home leftovers.

Poor service, unavailable, menu items and mediocre food…read more The chicken noodle soup came out room temperature and in our opinion did not taste good. It had a heavy lemon taste. I ordered chicken and waffles from the brunch menu which was supposed to come with chicken breast but the server placed the order from main menu, which instead offered wings. The cook came from the kitchen with a very unfriendly demeanor to let me know that she already dropped the chicken and pretty much implied that I would be getting the wings as she already started cooking them. I informed her I will take the wings. However, I still ended up getting the chicken breast tenders. The server offered to make one of the guests, a custom drink, and it was very heavy with rum and was not mixed well as the drink separated shortly after receiving it. All guests ordered a meal from the brunch menu along with a glass of ginger ale. However, we were charged for the drinks, even though it was supposed to be unlimited with brunch. I did not catch that until I got home and realized the drinks were charged separately. (yes we were within the 90 minute limit.) Additionally, only three out of the four ginger ale's came out. She took so long to bring the last one that the guest just declined it as we were almost finished eating. One of the guests ordered French toast with sausage but received bacon instead she also ordered the macaroni and cheese with bacon at the same time and the server did not bring it out. She had to be reminded and he came out very late. The macaroni and cheese was not good. It had the appearance of being cooked in a rush. There were big pieces of bacon in it versus the typical smaller bits the cheese was very dry One of the guest ordered the snapper, but the server returned a few minutes later to inform us that they are out of snapper. Be aware that gratuity was automatically included for a party of four. That might explain the not so good service as there is no incentive to do better.

I've driven by Tandoori Pizza many times and was always curious to try them. I had the opportunity to finally try Tandoori Pizza since I was at an event at another establishment down the block. I did takeout, and ordered the following: -- Archari Chicken Pizza w.extra garlic sauce (14" large pie for $31.80 with tax): Anchari chicken is typically very spicy, which I was looking forward to. The chicken was barely spicy and extremely dry. I had asked for extra garlic sauce (+ 50¢) in the pizza but I'm not sure if they actually put extra sauce, since it was so dry. Also, the dough reminded me of Dominos crust; very doughy and not very crusty. The toppings were skimpy and the pizza was mostly doughy bread. -- Lamb Kebab Pizza (14" large pie for $31.30 with tax): the dough was the same as the Achari Pizza; doughy and dry. The flavors of this pizza were stronger than the Achari, but the crumbled lamb was extremely overcooked, making it...you guessed it...very dry. Also, We found the price of these pizzas extremely high, given the skimpy amount of toppings and the size of the pizza. $31+ for a 14" pie with skimpy dry toppings and dry doughy crust is unwarranted. I don't know. Everyone else has rated Tandoor Pizza very high, so maybe it's just us who didn't like them. Or...maybe you have to douce the pizza in Ranch Sauce like everyone else?!?! I personally don't like Ranch Sauce on my pizza so that a big no thanks for me. Sorry! I still love Indian Pizza in general, and will continue to enjoy it, but at other places. I'm glad I finally got to try Tandoori Pizza though... curiosity satisfied! On a positive note, the staff is very friendly, polite and welcoming! Also, they offer discounts if you order online (not in person). So order ahead and save a few bucks!
