YUM! I always get Ceviche para Llevar which means I get a huge bowl and a ton of tostadas and then I eat it there. Prices are good, but they charge you extra for debit. They have beer which is also nice. Parking is hard to find sometimes, so I would try finding street parking first. So far my favorites are the cocteles, ceviche, and HUGE mojarra frita plates. =D read more

Really?! It's OK but by far not the best or something I would drive out of my way for. First things first the service was HORRIBLE the lady barely would pay attention to us taking our order after she took forever to come to the window...then she gets the order wrong while she charged $1.00 because I paid with a debit card. Finally we get our food it was pricey considering they don't hold the overhead of a large restaurant so you will be sitting outside on the benches with flies all over the place. My shrimp cocktail had 7 shrimps in it and guess what it cost $7.00 I hate that they mixed it with ketchup as it made it super sweet I think they should leave it to the customers to mix ketchup or not. My ceviche tostada was good it had a lot of lemon which I like the ceviche is in big chunks I saw some people return it because of that reason but personally I didn't mind it it was $3.95 for a fish ceviche tostada. I will never go back here since there is a much better restaurant not far from there prices are the same and its a nicer setting and no flies. read more

Have been a loyal customer for many years, as has been my family. Completely disappointed with the customer service I received today. There was a mistake on my phone order, over which I did not make even the slightest scene. However, the employee who took my order insisted on taking it upon herself to become confrontational when my order was corrected. She then blamed me for having to throw away food, and also went on to state that I should be more careful when placing orders. Maybe YOU should be more careful when taking down orders. I know that I placed my order correctly because I read it off of a list that I ensured to confirm was correct following the incident. She, however, never repeated my order back to me to ensure its accuracy. So much for accountability. Let's just play an unwarranted round of the blame game. Been coming here for years. I usually only get the fish ceviche or the aguachiles (spicy as hell). It's decently priced, beats having to make it yourself. Fuck this place, these son of bitches are complete assholes not only they made me wait for 1 hour for my food. They don't go by order and if you complain they will take your order apart to complete some one else. Example I came to this place and the lady had all my food ready but a guy came to the window and complain about his order so what the lady did she grab my quesadilla which was for my 4 year old and put it in a tray to complete the other guy order. Later she call my number not knowing I was looking and told me they ran out of cheese. I did talk shit and demand my money back. This is by far the best seafood I've ever had. I'm new to this city and a friend highly recommended this place. I ordered 2 tostadas se ceviche, camarones a la Diabla, Coctel de Cameron, and aguachiles for my family and me. I couldn't stop raving about the food to my family. My kids and wife wanted to come back the next day again. We all loved it. I just wish I was told about the little delicious establishment a long time ago. I've definitely was missing out! There is no better seafood in town. Everything there is fresh and delicious. You know what you're going to eat is fresh just with how many customers are there. This place looked promising with the number of Yelp reviews. They only sell seafood items and at the time I had a hankering for fish so I ordered a fish burrito. When this thing was served it looked like a solid well sized burrito. After the first bite I was amazed that this thing was tortilla shell, onions, tomatoes, and just a giant piece of white fish. Most places try to add fillers such as rice and beans but this was a pleasant surprise. Though not enough to justify the $7 price tag even if it is served with a simple salad topped with thousand island dressing on the side. read more

Good tasting ceviche. They add chopped little cucumbers, tomato, and onion to it. The shrimp ceviche is cooked in lemon juice which gives it an authentic taste. Tip: Try the agua chilles if you like spicy. I would give this place a higher star rating if the cleaned the shit out the shrimp. That's kinda off putting. read more

I had a seafood spot that i would usually go to and i thought it was pretty good but then.... A friend recommended El Ceviche Loco to me and wow!!!! The food was some of the freshest food I've ever had! I truly enjoyed my coctel de camaron that had plenty jumbo shrimp, i also had an empanada de camaron and it was great. it is sad that after so many complaints on the lousy customer service that this place offers we can't see any improvement at all. I was there recently and when I noticed that they were taking care of three orders behind mine I made a complaint. The ladies at the cashier gave me all sort of nonsense reasons ( there was nothing fry in my order) as of why they have failed giving me my order, and were extremely rude. I spoke to their manager and that was a total waste of my time. After a long period of excuses, he finally accepted the mistake and said, " I can't do nothing about it because the ladies do not follow my instructions" So, I would like to offer some suggestions to the owner, same suggestions that I offered to their manager on that day. 1- Provide customer service training for your employees including the manager. 2- Have a meeting with employees and hold them accountable. 3- Get rid of employees that are not willing to follow directions. 4- Replace the manager for somebody that can manage the business properly. 5- Take customers complaints seriously. 6- Let us see the changes. We love your food, we patronize your business, therefore we deserve a decent customer service. read more

Been coming to this place since 2000. I now live in the Inland Empire and don't get to indulge as much as i would like in this place. Whenever when i am in the area, i definitely come to this favorite spot of mine. Not only does it take me back to good times, but their food is served fresh and simply amazing. Worst service ever. They are extremely slow with their orders with no type of urgency to get their customers there food. I was in line for over an hour waiting for a simple order of ceviche WHICH I CALLEF AHEAD AND ORDERED. Within the hour I saw multiple customers pissed off waiting so long for their food too. Many of them had to repeat their orders to make sure they were even being made. The girl bagging the food up was the slowest worker of them all. She had NO SENSE OF URGENCY. Cmon lady! I work in the food industry, and that is not the type of work ethic you should be hiring. Especially when you know you guys get so busy.
