Literally just tots with cheese and green onion. But what makes it extra good is their homemade spicy ranch. It's a little different every time because it's homemade but damn good every time. I also like that theirs enough cheese for every tot. I'm kind of a tater tot fanatic Poppers: pretty good! Not too greasy either. Also served with the delicious ranch. Seems like they have a good HH. House margarita is like $5. COMPLETE WITCH WITH A B. I found a ROCK A LITERAL ROCK. The size of a corn kernel . It was like dealing with a light switch. Hot & cold. * so when we told her about the rock, we were prepared to pay the bill plus 20% tip, we didn't inquire about a discount etc. literally just said hey there is a rock in our food. SHE SNATCHED IT OUT OF MY HUSBAND HANDS & WALKED AWAY N O WORDS!! I was stunned then she comes. Right smack on touristy ticky-tacky alki beach. Loud, blaring hard rock from the speakers to compliment your cocktail while burning up under the sun. Most definitely will be packed on those hot spring and summer days when folks from all over Western WA flock to Alki beach. This joint is pretty divey and it should! But still kid friendly as well, until some sun burnt drunk broski starts yelling obscenities. As for the food, nothing to hit home about but if you have a craving for some tex-mex you've come to the right place on Alki(other than Cactus). I ordered the beer battered fish tacos, you get 3 and its fairly filling but still...don't expect anything "gourmet" on Alki. PS. Parking on Alki will greatly suck if you come during prime summer hours. It's one of the best places in Alki to get a refreshing beverage and sit outside while getting a tasty bite of food. My go-to is the Mission Style Burrito, because 1) you can never go wrong with a burrito and 2) it's food. Also, 3) it's super filling. It also has decent tacos as well. Also, if you're a fan of salsas/sauces, then you've come to right place because they've got a variety of different salsas and sauces to try - in squeeze bottles on the table. We started with poppers and mango lemonade and temple Shirley. Loved the poppers with jalapeno and melting cheese as soon as you pop the dish inside your mouth. Then we ordered tostada with chicken things meat. I ordered one and it was really bigger than expected. Beware of the quantity while ordering. The tacos served are a bit bigger compared to other restaurants. I loved chicken tinga meat which was shredded chicken with few spices. The tostada was a best combination of crunchy and chicken meat. Then I ordered the shrimp tacos. I loved their tacos because their tacos were so soft unlike the ones served in other restaurants. And the shrimps were also fresh and succulent.
