Only thing I'd change, and I know it's tradition, is to not put the fish on top of the chips. Messed those chips up. Got the haddock and it was amazing. Nice crispy batter on the outside. It was flavorful and crispy. Fish inside was tender and delicious. Tartar sauce was rich and a little tangy. Basically perfectly executed. It was really hot which is another reason to figure a way to let it rest and cool down while you dive on the chips. These are small quibbles.

We added on a side of curry sauce ($3.50) and gravy ($3.50). The menu was straight forward. The fish and chips were 10/10. One giant piece the length of the plate! The clam chowder was way too salty that I had to add lots of hot sauce and pepper. Be careful as it came out pipping hot. The poutine was not my favorite. I'm not a fan of cheese curds or the thick fries. However, the gravy was superb but wasn't hot enough to melt the cheese. I would recommend to stick with what they are known for: fish and chips! You won't be disappointed. Monday's are AYCE fish and chips for $6.50.

There was a short line, so we decided to try our luck and wait it out. Luckily, it wasn't a very long wait for a party of 4. We ordered the Palace Pan Roast and the Bouill-Roast. Both were made in front of us and came out piping hot! They were delicious! Rich in flavor, lots of meat, and so filling! Price is as expected, especially in that part of Las Vegas, but such a tasty meal. We've tried to eat here a few different times, but the line can get so long and with limited seating, it just didn't seem worthwhile. However, if you can be flexible on your meal time, you can get lucky with a short wait. I'm so glad to have tried this out, and can't wait to make it back in and eat through more of the menu!

I had explained that I was diabetic and I saw a few single seats available and if she could seat me as I saw she pulled others out of the line after me. She said with a very rude tone--"if there was an empty seat, I would have seated you already." The food was just as I remembered and very good. I may go back again but not in the middle of the afternoon.
