I'm very particular about keeping my cars in excellent condition, so I wanted professionals to handle the repair. From my first interaction, it was clear they understood that and treated my car with the same level of care. When I got the car back, it was exactly as I had dropped it off--no random marks or scuffs in the interior like I've unfortunately experienced with most dealerships and indy shops. They even went above and beyond by driving me to pick up a part that wouldn't fit in my car and then giving me a ride home after drop-off. When I picked up the car, I noticed a small scratch in the bumper. I expected the usual runaround or maybe a partial discount. Instead, they immediately took responsibility and are ordering a brand-new part and replacing it at no charge. Customer service like that is rare. I had two expensive tools stolen out of my truck while in thier possession which they took zero on. so all in all, theft, unprofessional behavio, zero accountability. i have been trying to fix this for 3 months and he has never once called me back. and now I am active duty and have to go on deployment to Middle East and nothing has been completed. it's a damn shame....the amount of friction you receive from Matt when trying to have them accept responsibility for thier mistakes is overwhelmin.
