I like that because they dry your car and clean your wheels. Today I went and got the ultimate and pulled over to have them dry and clean the wheels. She said she was done and i gave her a $5 tip. I asked if she did the wheels and she said ever since they quit doing the detsil, they don't do the tires. So I paid an extra $5 for the carwash I didn't need and another $5 for the tip to dry and clean the wheels. Very disappointed that they don't clean the wheels. Now I have to go home and do that. They provided me an incident report ticket and the manager never contacted me. I contacted corporate and they said they got a new system and they couldn't find my ticket report in the system. They said I would need to go speak to the manager but every time I went, she was never there and even when I provided my contact info for her to call me, I didn't get the human decency of a conversation or any consideration. Two employees assured me they would get the ticket to the manager and update it in the system and give me a call but I got nothing. The damage is still there and it's June of 2026. That's ridiculous Quick Quack. God sees it all and hope that quick quack can improve and hopefully get a new manager that can actually follow through with doing their job. I would suggest not going here or any quick quack for that record. They'll damaged your car and then not even communicate with you regarding your incident report nor whether or not the "cameras," caught the incident but I know quick quack did the damage. 7 Flags Carwash is way better!
