Be careful getting the rice here the last few times I've been the rice tasted undercooked.

Needed a quick meal for lunch because Braum's didn't begin serving lunch until 10:30a.m. I ordered the taco dorados meal for $8.00, which was decent. The beans and rice was AWESOME!!! Light and fluffy rice and the beans were creamy and flavorful. The taco roll-up were chicken...crispy but not much flavor. But the customer service, location and beans and rice gave this meal the 4 stars.

Excellent portion. Tortilla wrap was great. Loved the mustard looking salad it had lots of heat but not over powering. I got the lengua burrito. A little too much refried beans and not enough kengua. Prices are great along with the portions.

Have I said how much I love having food trucks in Watauga Texas? This taco gem recently made its way to my fine city, and they are throwing down some serious food that tastes just like I remember tacos in Baja tasting. Their Al Pastor is spot on, and Sopes are just like my friends used to make. Their Horchata is made fresh in house, and not from a package. Lighter on the rice side, and more on the cinnamon - A-Maz-Ing. They have several great salsa options and temps, and the staff is super friendly. Seriously, go get your Gordito Chon on Ya'll.

It's amazing friendly people I couldn't decide on what kinda pork to go with on my Torta so they let me sample, I chose carnitas with mustard rubbed in...Dang it was good, had some green and red salsa , the red had some kick, and flavor the green was mild and complimented the mustard perfectly for me. Outstanding service and flavorful food reasonable prices I'll be back

The sauces are full of flavor and compliment the already unbelievably tasty food. Tacos, tortas, traditional Mexican dishes, you can't go wrong! Without a doubt one the best TRUE MEXICAN spots in the area; clean, quick and excellent customer service. Bring tips! These guys deserve them!

barbacoa was really fatty left a thick coating in my mouth. chorizo quesadilla was not good and the whole tortilla was orange from all the grease. Red salsa was good but kind of watery. Only thing that I really enjoyed was the horchata and it would have been better if it was cold and not room temperature.

so good. 10/10 recommend!!! They offer drinks and an array of meats, with amazing salsa red and green. It's a cute date spot to chill and eat tacos in your car together. The service is great, they speak English and Spanish, and are always so fast with your food.

This was my first time here and I will definitely be back for more!! The lady who took my order was polite and I didn't have to wait long for my food at all. I ordered 4 tacos (chicharron, azada, pollo, chorizo) and enjoyed every single one. I got one of each salsa and both had great flavor. I for sure will be back sooner than later

Easily the best Mexican food I have ever tasted. The Lomo de Puerco Torta was amazing.

On one hand, they have the **most delicious** steak fajitas, chicken fajitas (that's a miracle),…read morerice, refried beans, charro beans, and house salsa. I got catering from here for a party of 25 and everything was so so SO good. And I used all the leftover beans and salsa (and sides of shredded cheese) to make with eggs for a week. And THAT was so delicious I started stopping in to get quarts of beans just for the purpose. On the other hand. The quarts of beans and rice are $15 each. Um. That's kind of ridiculous. I finally forced myself to break away from them because that's just too much. And on the other OTHER hand... after the catering thing, I was so enamored with the fajitas, I ordered the plates for dinner delivery a couple of times for me and my husband and... you guys. The menu says Fajiitas for 2 is 1 lb of fajitas. Wrong. The first time I got them I weighed out the meat and it came to 10-5/8 oz. I actually complained and the restaurant gave me a gift card as an apology. So I decided to order again. Omg. See photo. 9-1/8 ounces of meat for 2 people. Are you kidding me?? When I complained again, the manager tried to tell me that 1 lb was precooked weight. No. Even if that were true, beef yield across all cuts is 75-80%. It would be more than 9-1/8 ounces. But it shouldn't even be precooked weight. Everywhere else I order fajitas where they say "1 lb" I actually get 1 lb. So why Fresco's thinks it can get away with this utter nonsense - twice - and probably on a daily basis with other customers, is beyond me. I hate that Fresco's has such great food. Because I can't bring myself to go back and pay for two plates just to have enough meat for my husband and I to have a proper meal.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service was exceptional--friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I ordered the Number 5 plate, which included a taco, guacamole tostada, rice, and beans. The presentation was excellent, making the meal both eye-catching and appetizing. The restaurant is conveniently located in an upscale shopping center, adding to the overall dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant and encourage anyone looking for quality Tex-Mex to add it to their must-visit list.

While I don't care for chunky salsa, I would want it to be a little thicker and more flavorful. It came with two other salsas, which I did not care for. I did have to ask for a refill of salsa. I always get excited seeing mole and spicy options on the menu, so I got the cheese enchilada with mole and spicy chipotle sauce. I wasn't warned about the spice level, and it was very spicy with a strong chipotle taste that I couldn't eat. I also wasn't checked on to make sure I enjoyed the food, and I had to flag the server down for my check. I was expecting this place to be better.

We had some empanadas to start and they were hot and fresh and the ground beef was seasoned just right. For dinner, I ordered the brisket enchiladas and they were kinda bland. Years and years went by and I happened to see a post for them in a food group on Facebook. We decided to give it another try. First of all, I'll give credit where credit is due. The service is wonderful and the staff was welcoming. The ambience was okay, but the windows were filthy from kids hands, as was my booth seat. I had to wipe it down with wipes I keep in my handbag. Unfortunately the fish tacos STILL aren't what they used to be from the previous owner. The fish itself had zero flavor. They weren't good at all. We were so disappointed. The poor waitress was so proud of them I didn't have the heart to tell her they were actually not good. I lied and told her they were great since she mentioned they're the most popular menu item with a big smile. The refried beans were dry and really crusty with zero flavor, but the rice was okay. The chips were good, but the salsa was too salty. Needless to say, we won't be back no matter what. We've given it 2 chances about 13 years apart (I think), and I think it's fair to feel that way. We're not drinkers so I can't comment on the drinks but I've heard they're good.
