My wife had the carne asada and it was an actual thick and juicy steak cut into pieces. Usually you get a flat steak but this one was something else. We went again later in the trip and she ordered this again because it was just too good not to. I ordered different things on the two occasions. I'm writing this about two weeks later so my memory is failing me but I remember just absolutely loving it. On my second visit I had the Pollo Fundito.
