Eating Chilaquiles for me is like a party with a great Mariachi and based on the reviews I read…read moreabout Los Chilakiles, this was the place. Unfortunately Chilakiles like many places with great reviews are based on a lack of experiences and most reviews are based on emotionalism! I really wanted to like this place and share the great experience with the world but all I took away was a supersized disappointment with a side of wasted money. We ordered two orders of Chilaquiles with the red and green sauce, one with carne asada and the other with two eggs over medium. We were the only ones in line and that was a bit concerning but it was Friday at 10:30 am. The orders came out quickly and we retreated to our car for some intimate car dining. It felt like Xmas as we opened up our heavy container filled to the brim with anticipation! I started on the green zone and felt the kick of the spice and concluded that this spice was a bit over the top. Typically spicy isn't an issue as long as the flavor holds up and keeps me digging in. However, the spice was overwhelming and the sour taste of the tomatillo in the sauce kept sinking my experience deeper and deeper into the abyss! I decided to move onto the red sauce and it was better but just barely better. All I kept thinking was how disappointing these Chilaquiles were. I know that food like Art can be subjective but after a certain point the subjective opinion is just an opinion. Then you have to compare all chilaquiles to all the other chilaquiles that have graced your pallet. Los Chilakiles is full of disappointment and hype!

They said their dad comes here almost everyday, if that's not a good sign, I don't know what would be! When we came in the young man at the cash register was so friendly and welcoming. He helped us choose our order and answer any questions we had. While we were waiting he brought us some water and explained the differences in the hot sauces, so nice! The ambiance was very clean, homey, and welcoming. There was beautiful hand painted art on the walls and colorful tables. A beautiful, albeit smallish on the inside. Looking at their menu, they do offering catering if you have a large party! The wait was very short for the food and it was so good!! I got the loaded fries with everything and it was fresh, hot, and actually loaded down with meat beans cheese guacamole tomato and I also got jalapeño on mine. Sour cream was on the side and was the thick kind which I prefer rather than the thin crème. We also ordered the taco combo which came with rice and beans, also delicious! Everything was hot and fresh and they were so, so nice. Highly recommend!

Soo goood! Called ahead for a pick up order…read more Ordered 5 asada tacos with cilantro onion and salsa on side Tacos come with cheese as well (nice surprise as it pulled everything together) I don't usually like cheese on my tacos but these had a great balance of flavor and were made with love! Guy who took my order was very very kind and hard working. I came during a rush, it's a small place with probably 10 tables total and it's a very casual setting in a plaza with a lot of different stores and supermarkets. The sign is pretty small so keep an eye out but I would 100% come here again. My to go container came with lemons also and they do not skimp out on anything! Portions are great for the price - 5 tacos for $15

PSA: THEY CLOSE AT 7:30 PM…read more Google and Yelp say this place closes at 8. We called to place a takeout order at 7:15pm and we're on our way already. The guy who was taking our order asked me what time we'd be there because they close at 7:30. I told him we would be there a few minutes after 7:30 and that if they were about to close it was fine, we could order somewhere else. The guy insisted and was very nice and let me place an order with them. I got a wet burrito de asada with green sauce and it was so good! Their green sauce was spicy and had a nice brightness to it. I would definitely order this again, especially with the amazing customer service. We also got a chicken burrito and I think they use the fajita chicken to make it so there were green bell peppers in it, which was interesting. I wouldn't get the chicken burrito again but the wet burrito was really good. If you want great service and tasty food, I'd recommend this place.
