The lovely lady running the cashier was incredibly hospitable, bringing us dishes of water for the dogs and checking with us frequently. We felt very welcome and attended to. The food was pretty good, although not the most amazing barbecue I've ever had. The meat was tender and the sauces were flavorful, but the fries were overly peppered and the beans were a bit bland. The kicker is the entitlement to a 20% tip and the false claim that it was somehow a new mandated minimum, almost alluding or implying that it was a law or regulation. I tipped the 20% because I felt pressured to do so, which I regret. I usually tip 20% if service is good since I had friends and family in the restaurant service industry.
