Chairs up on tables, mop bucket out and blocking entrance. It was 25 minutes before closing. I asked as I walked in if they were closed and they said no. One customer was about to spoon some cookies or nuts on their yogurt when a young lady took the dispensing spoons out of the serving bins in front of him. He asked if he could use a spoon before she took it to their prep area behind the yogurt machines and she told him to go get a plastic yellow spoon by the register. It was 9:10 pm and it doesn't close until 9:30 pm. Knowing the cost per sq ft to do business in this area and how slim the profit margins are, maybe these young ladies closing the business are not the right fit for Chiller Bee.
