I've been a long-time customer and I've heard all sorts of non sense when trying to order thru the phone dozens of times: "the kitchen is closed" when calling 20 minutes before the time posted on a sign at their counter, "We're not taking orders over the phone today" this one has been the most ridiculous and repetitive. I usually don't post negative reviews of any businesses, but it's frustrating that their employees don't take business seriously.
