It's casual dining, the decor is pretty plain but you don't come here to admire the wall art, you come for their delicious seafood packaged in a hot steaming plastic bag!!! You can choose your choice of seafood like snow/Dungeness/blue/king crab, shrimp with or without heads (they up charge for headless), crawfish, lobster, etc. different sauce flavors, and spice levels. It usually comes with steamed large red potatoes and corn on the cob, but we luckily had sausage and hard boiled eggs in our bag as well! It was heaven. Our server was pretty decent. NEEDS LOTS OF IMPROVEMENTS!!! Food was just whatever, nothing special. Publix could have done a better job!!! Service started off nicely but then it went downhill from there. They don't even give you the tools to crack open your crab legs. You have to ask for everything . We asked for an extra cup to go and when I poured it into my other cup three pieces of cardboard with writing on it floated up after I started drinking it. How disgusted we were to see that when we asked for a manager she just seemed very irritated grab the cup ran off and told us she was gonna give us a discount on the bill. The manager came back and dropped the bill off fast and took off without us even able to say anything to her. She only took off six dollars and change for the drink when we should've just got a whole meal taken off since it was just so disgusting and no one even took the time to look into the cup before filling it with tea. I was completely dissatisfied with my service or lack therefore, we were sat at 6:54 and happy hour ended at 7pm as we were waiting on a server to order our drinks i noticed people who were sat after us were already being serviced. At first i didn't want to make a big deal but i witnessed us (two black women) not getting greeted by a server for well over 15 minutes and to clarify it was not busy whatsoever! Came here around 5pm during happy hour (4-7). It wasn't packed yet so I got seated immediately. They have a touch tunes jukebox where you can play music, which made it a nice vibe. I ordered the mango juicy margarita, it was good, but not the best margarita I've had. I ordered a dozen steamed oysters with the juicy special and medium spice. They were so good! This place has the look and feel of a former strip club or night club at best. But we didn't come here because we heard it was a looker! The food and our server, Robin, were the stars. There were 7 of us and six of us ordered the low country boil. The other got calamari and wings. Every bit of it was flavorful, plentiful and worth the drive and the $$. Robin was a great server, she made sure we had everything we needed to throw down. The food here was pretty good and the restaurant is a lot bigger than I thought it would be. Very spacious, and lots of TV's (perfect for my husband). We ordered 1/2lb shrimp - medium spice, fried catfish, onion rings, Cajun fries and fried calamari. Our favorites were the shrimp and fried calamari. The onion rings tasted as though they'd been sitting in oil too long and the Cajun fries and catfish had no seasoning. We will definitely be back for the shrimp and calamari. read more

The location on Blanding needs to be closed down until they can get their stuff together. It smells of a sewer back up as soon as you walk in the door. I asked a staff member were they having a sewer issue to which she replied, she didnt know what I was talking about. The smell alone should have detoured me from eating there however, I was attending a birthday celebration. I ordered Black Mussles which turned out to be a big mistake. The food did not smell right nor did it taste right. The seasoning given to myself and others at the table was just a cup of grease with seasoning clumped at the bottom. The food i received had to be the worst I've ever had at a sit down restaurant. I let my waiter know and I was not charged however for the few mussels I did eat, I am now deeply regretting it. Three stars may be a little low because my husband enjoyed our dinner here last night. But, I thought the customer service was a bit lacking. We had trouble finding the building but if you take a left on Collins, going north on Blanding (21), then you'll see it tucked behind the Race Trac gas station. The entry is off the parking lot--and spaces are scarce. My husband said people could use the lot belonging to the nearby plaza. Be sure to ask for an iced tea in a clear plastic glass. Mine first came in a red one and it looked very pale and tasted like ice water. When I mentioned this, I got the old "because it's in a red glass" statement--but that doesn't change the taste. LOL. My refill came in the clear glass and tasted much better, probably because it actually was iced tea. The appetizers were very good, oysters for my husband and wings for me. I was offered a sweet BBQ without anything onion (my food allergy) in it. It was mustardy but good. We "built our own" entrees and there was a lobster tail with snow crab legs and a lobster tail with steamed clams. Because we were celebrating a wedding anniversary, we ignored the prices--which were market pricing. This meal, if you get two items, comes with two potatoes and a half ear of corn. My husband got the House trio of spices but I asked for just butter with mine. When it arrived, my items were swimming in an orange-colored broth/sauce. I had been very clear about "no spices, no heat" and so I asked why there wasn't just butter. The server said "we put spices with the butter." She did not know what they were. I think she could have told me that when I ordered! She did not offer to take it back so I assumed there was no alternative but to eat it. I carefully wiped off every clam, the veggies, and the lobster tail. I got them passable for me to eat. Halfway through the dinner, she saw that I had put everything on a separate foam plate (from the appetizer) and asked me if there was anything wrong. I repeated my concern about the spices and she said "Well, you should have told me and I would have had it recooked." Huh??? Okay--the place has an energetic vibe, with lots of TVs and music. Very busy and yet the hostess and server were friendly. The walls are written on and we added our heart with initials. They have one dessert--a fry bread in stick form. We were not told they had it until after the check came--I had to ask. I'm sure it was tasty but we were full (and I was a bit exasperated). Also, bring your own crab/lobster picks for getting claw crab meat out, and you have to ask for hand wipes after dinner. I tipped 20% and thanked the server, whom I will not name. The food here was fresh and full of flavor. Sat at the bar and had GREAT service. We had the onion rings appetizer and the fried catfish and fried shrimp entrees. Both were fresh and good. Beware of this restaurant, my family and I chose this restaurant as our weekly pick. What a mistake. After we paid and were packing up our leftovers, we noticed a penny in our crab bag ‍. In addition to wanting to vomit, we had so many questions. Our server was great. We brought it to her attention, and my husband requested a manager. Our waitress came back and took off the bag with the penny in it. I expected the manager to come out and inquire for something of this magnitude. A manager did not come out. I didn't want to give the waitress too much. I planned to contact the health department and a manager the following day. The restaurant took no accountability. They claimed they reviewed the camera and found no evidence. However, my question is: "Did you see my family place a penny in the bag on the camera?" Then, to add insult to injury, we were invited back. No thanks to stemmed or boiled pennies. My family and I will pass. I will let the health department look into it. read more

Despite this being my first review, I am happy to say that I've been a repeat offender of this place many, many, many times way before. The pictures I've posted should be enough to tell you. I love, love, love the seafood boils here. The seafood comes in a steamed bag filled with your choice of seasoning of either Cajun, Garlic Butter or Lemon Pepper. You start basically by making a seasoning selection of your choice, next select the Spice Level you prefer (Mild, Medium, Hot, Extra Hot). My all-time favorite is the "Juicy Special" seasoning, which is the combination of all of the boil seasonings.. Cajun/Garlic Butter/Lemon Pepper. HOT has been my Spice Level preference thus far. I will try the Extra Hot on the next visit. You cannot go wrong with whatever flavor you choose. The food comes out nice and hot. Very tasty. Pretty generous portions too.   Aside the Seafood boils they serve, they also offer foods items on the menu such as Chicken Wings or Tenders and various Seafood Baskets.   Walking inside this place, you are immediately greeted by the host. They have a Bar to sow your drinking needs, over 10+ TV's with Sports and all kinds of other shows. There even have a Juke box that you can select songs off of and play them to your hearts delight.   This place stays fairly busy during dinner times, especially on Friday nights and weekends. The sauce was when better! I love medium in the spice but in ATL medium is never spicy...but this medium was amazing. I never order crab legs but I had them here...steamed to perfection. Music is always on point at juicy in Dunn this one was no different. Took 15 min to get seated, the waiting area had plenty of room to social distance.
