I typically do not write reviews, I just take the good with the bad when it comes to food service. However tonight was a bit different. I will say I frequent this place because their food is good, but tonight, not only did I receive a poor dish, but also, poor Customer service. I placed an order of calamari and a tostada de Sinaloa for pick up. I sent my daughter to pick up the food and bring it back home. Upon Receiving the food, I could see that the tostada de Sinaloa was perfect as expected, however the calamari was cut very thin, breading looked non existent and also looked like the oil in the fryer had not been cleaned all day. My wife called the restaurant to issue a complaint and request a rain check for a later date, however the woman with whom she spoke with stated that we had to deliver the food back to them if we wanted a refund. I jumped on the call and told the employee that we are not requesting a refund, but a rain check for a later date. I also mentioned that we are frequent customers but she was not willing to budge and stated that the owner would have to approve and was not in at the time. I asked if she was willing to lose a loyal customer, she shared no response. End of conversation. It is shame to say that for the amount of $16 and some change they would be willing to lose any customer let alone a loyal one. Perhaps some customer service training is in order.

Amazing food. The ceviche's are out of control, I really recommend this place. I would even say they are just as good as Bucaneros. Support your local businesses you wont regret it....

I'm visiting from out of town and I wasn't sure where to go to watch a boxing match. Thank goodness I came across Bar three twenty one! Plenty of seating and lucky for me it was not a busy night. Plenty of TV's including a huge (maybe 75 inch) in the middle. Not a bad seat in the entire bar. They have a full bar, my drunk was just ok, BUT I probably should have stuck with something more basic (I had a Henny sour). Definitely a good spot with a few arcades and a pool table. Check it out!

If you'd like to find a place where you can kick back, have a little drink, maybe watch a game,…read morethis place is NOT it, ESPECIALLY if you're a Black person. My first and LAST experience at McFly's left a lot to be desired. There was very little seating available during the NBA finals, which I guess is to be expected, but when I did find seating, a very rude Mexican girl slid onto the seat next to me and attempted to make more rooms for her friends to sit down. When my friend came in, we decided to move to another table to avoid any issues. Shortly after this, a Mexican male came over and purposely blocked our view of the game, and when my friend POLITELY asked if he could move over some, she was told that it was her problem that she couldn't see the television. RUDE, MUCH? Then, another male came over and inserted himself into the discussion. A 'security guard' came over and attempted to 'quiet' things, but he was clearly taking the male's side on this issue. The 'security guard' proceeded to tell me that he was told that the Black female was the aggressor. WOWWW!!! WHY do Black people have to be the aggressors in situations??? These two Mexican males were clearly with the group from earlier, and decided to disrupt the time we were trying to spend watching the game. This is one of the WORST establishments I've ever experienced, EVER. If you're a Black person living in or visiting San Antonio, stay FAR away from McFly's!!! Save your money and find another establishment to go to! One that doesn't make Black people feel unwelcomed!
