I've never been to such a stingy pollo loco before. If you ask for more salsa or anything for that fact they try and say no and give attitude. The chicken is so small and not worth what you paid for. I asked for a water cup and they gave me a tiny little cup that would only be good for one sip of water, I have never seen something that ridiculous. Craving a chicken advocate salad from this place, so stopped there today and satisfied my craving. Good to see social distancing with every other table blocked and 6 ft distancing tabs on the floor. As usual, service was great and fast and well, the food? -- absolutely delicious! My whole great experience was marred by a group of approx 7 people sitting together, 2 men and the rest women. From the sounds of it they were teachers. Nasty gossiping and back stabbing continually about other school personnel until I had enough and got up and left. Actually, a couple sitting on the other side of them picked up their stuff and moved to a table farther away. Terrible, guess they never really left high school. The people are nice but they half do everything. Something is always missing from the bag of food. Cleanliness is hit & miss, especially the tea. It's MISS MISS! I choose EPL because it's a quick healthy option, and I choose iced tea for the same reason. 1. Went thru the drive thru today at lunch. Waited 10 minutes just to order, and I was only the 3rd car in line and there were no cars in front of the car at the speaker. 2. Ordered the classic chicken burrito combo comes with drink and chips. The worker at the window gave me my food bag and then walked away. There was another worker there with an ear phone, he must have been taking an order. the window was partially closed. There was no salsa in my bag, so I tried to get the worker's attention by shouting at him. He just ignored me. I ordered 2 combo meals, the young lady asked if I wanted drinks I said yes the combo meal again she asked if I wanted drinks ? I said yes they are with the combo meal. She took the rest of the order and I went to the window and said the word combo meal come with what it says on the menu. This is where I got mad she told me that most people don't know what they want and say the wrong things implying that we were all dumb.
