Well . I know they have to deal with the public all day long . But this location isn't my favorite . The dinning room was dirty and cluttered . But my table was cleaned when I asked it to be . I specifically asked for ranch dressing and it to be on the side . But they gave me the other one on top . I didn't receive it or any of my food & requests with a smile but more like with an annoyed look . I made the mistake and went through El Pollo Loco drive through. I had a coupon for a three piece meal. I slowly and clearly told the drive through attendant that,I have a coupon for a three piece meal and I would like all thighs. I got to the window and she said twelve dollars and some change. I just told her fifteen seconds ago that I had a coupon. She was just high on drugs or something. She gives me my food and closed the window. Of course I checked my order. Of course my order was wrong. Also she didn't give me my receipt ,no condiments and no napkins. I just got off of work and commuted over an hour. Now I have to get out of my car go inside and fix her mistake. I am so tired of these fast food workers that don't value their jobs. A worker with half a brain would have checked the order and read it back to me and offered me some condiments. Something was telling me to keep my money and eat at home. Lesson learnt.
