Servers walk past you and don't offer or ask anything. Expect to wait 10-15 minutes after you finish for them to acknowledge you and finally get your bill taken care of. If this is how it is in the Summer with no more than 20 people dining, I wonder how they'll do when season arrives and there's 60-80 people dining at once. The fajita arrives on a sizzling cast iron skillet with generous amounts of grilled onions and carmelized red peppers. We rounded our order out with their house guacamole. The guacamole, itself, could have used a bit more salt but the perfectly salted chips helped solve that. The margaritas are dangerously good. And the mix they use tastes fresh and house made.
