I stopped in this new Taqueria after work for dinner. I had five street tacos. Yes, five and they were two al pastor, two carnitas, and one carne asada street taco. All the tacos were $1.50 each. They were all delicious and a little on the messy side, so I had to keep going back for napkins. They were messy because they do not hold back on the ingredients at this place. The al pastor came loaded with well marinated pork meat with crispy ends too. They were a little to crispy on one of the tacos but it meant for some nice texture. I loved that they double wrapped and sweat the tortillas a bit so that have that moist slightly wet texture but hold up well enough to the loads on top. The guacamole on these was abundant, creamy, and flavorful. The carnitas tacos came with a lot of good tender pork meat and probably to much salsa for my taste. The salsa was tasty and offered a mild heat level. The taco also came with the traditional chopped onions and cilantro. I would like to see them chop the onions a little more uniformly. The carne asada taco was my favorite. The very tender meat picked up that great smokiness from the grill and the meat was well seasoned. The only thing was that this taco came with pinto beans which was unbeknown to me. I like pinto beans on the side, so next time I will have them hold the beans! The beans were good though. This taco also came with tasty guac and chopped onions and cilantro. They offer a lot of good stuff on the menu, a small parking lot, and a good amount of seating inside. This little hole-in-the-wall spot is fantastic! I've now been here a few times and tried quite a few different items. Even with the recent menu price increases, it's still a great value. The food is freshly made right in front of you. I highly recommend the Adobada tacos, which are a steal at $1! The Large Quesadilla Vegeteriana is my go-to item each time bc it is packed for only $4.50 :) The tacos come with tons of fresh cilantro and onion...and fyi, the carne asada no longer has beans on it. The quesatacos are awesome...standard tacos (various choices), with the addition of melted cheese. The fish tacos are loaded with cabbage and tomatoes, with a moderately spicy chipotle sauce on top. I wish this place had a larger menu with more variety...I would try it all! I can't wait to try the barria and menudo. Highly recommend giving this place a try! :) read more

God three mini tacos the Carnitas were delicious very moist and flavorful as the 30th or has been great flavor great job. The adobada is different than Tacos El Gordo flavorful just not as good. The Carne asada has good flavor and quality meat not too much fat to it but a little on the dry side for me I like them cooked just a little more medium rare to medium but still solid and Smokey. I don't normally order chicken tacos but since it was free with a Facebook check in I went for it. The chicken is diced up and decent nothing to write home about but not bad nothing was bad all good just some items are better than others. The service was terrific she took my order walk me through what each one comes with and delivered it to my car while I waited in the AC. The birra was a little dry - moist by dry in flavor and needed salt. The tortillas are great and the salsa has a unique flavor. I was looking for birria on a Sunday evening when most birria places are closed this late. This place is open til 10 pm! They have a pretty good selection of various tacos, burritos and more. I had the birria taco which was really good and very generously portioned (big and filled with meat). I wish it came with the consome (the broth) in a cup as they serve it in many birria places to add more of the juicy spices flavor. My husband had the birria quesataco (birria taco with melted cheese) and the carne asada taco, he really liked it as well. Their salsas were good too. The service was awesome, very attentive! My best friend and I came here because we felt like pizza wasn't enough. She ordered the carne asada fries. I tried some it was okay. I would of gave this place a 4stars but there were beans in the taco. Never have a ever had beans come inside a carne asada taco. Saw this small place down the street from a job I was on and decided to give it a try. I was happy to see the different varieties of tacos they had but quickly saddened when the 2 kinds I wanted they didnt have. I ended up trying the adobada tacos. Man am I glad I did. The meet was well seasoned and pretty moist. The salsa they use was good with a mild heat and a little smokiness from what tasted like poblano peppers. We ordered tacos for 9 hungry people for pick up from Los Famosos. As we were heading out to pick up up our order, we realized there was a fire in the canyon across the way, and we wouldn't be able to drive down since we couldn't drive over the fire hose, and the road was blocked off by a bunch of fire trucks. We called Los Famosos to let them them know we couldn't come down. They very kindly offered to drive them up to us as closely as they could. 10 minutes later, we see Sergio from Los Famosos walking down the hill with our tacos after having walked up the even steeper hill in the other side since the road was blocked off. Needless to say, they have the most amazing service ever. The tacos, quesatacos, and quesadillas were all amazing. Ten stars just for Sergio. read more
