They were also great about making accommodations for vegetarians, which we really appreciated. The tortas were excellent, the quesabirria was flavorful and packed with meat, and the nachos were loaded with toppings. The beans were super tasty (and kid approved!), and the quesadilla was made with a fresh tortilla - also a hit with our kiddos.
