Cash or card with a $0.65 transaction fee. Love this hole in the wall spot, food doesn't take too long to come out. I haven't dinned in and always ordered take out. They have a self serve salsa bar with other sides, you can get as much or as little as you personally need. Portions are pretty big. Street tacos have a ton of meat! Personal favorite is the Carnitas, well seasoned and isn't dry. Their street tacos has 2 tortillas stacked, sometimes it's too much meat I unstack the 2 tortillas and split the taco into 2.. oh no haha! Carne Asada Nachos are always a huge portion and definitely shareable. Never had an issue with the chips becoming soggy even if we're slowly enjoying them while watching a movie. Carne Asada Fries are kind of a hit or miss. Sometimes they're soggy, sometimes they're crispy.. It personally doesn't matter but you may need to ask for extra crispy if soggy fries isn't your thing.

If you're craving Mexican food El torito loco in chino is a great option . Their menu is extensive and offer various items it was hard to even decide what i wanted. Portions are pretty big and items are definitely loaded up. It is a very tiny resteraunt and has limited tables but there are also outdoor tables as well. The staff were really nice and we didn't wait long for our items. I ordered the taquitos plate and my friends ordered asada fries , sope, and breakfast burrito (breakfast is served all day) . Out of all the items i would recommend the taquitos plate. Overall i would say the food was pretty good and the price was fair. They also offer complimentary chips and have a salsa bar.

This is my new go to lunch spot. They have an excellent crispy chicken taco for $5 that is packed full of chicken and fresh lettuce, tomato and cheese. They have a small fresh salsa bar with great salsas (green is my favorite), onion, cilantro, etc.. They have a great kids menu and they even serve breakfast all day. The woman who usually is at the register is friendly and very efficient taking orders, serving and cleaning tables. The place is small but there is outside seating. If you like Mexican food you should check it out.

Busy spot especially during the lunch rush but decent food. I got a beef flauta combo plate but tried a bit of the chicken and actually preferred that. Also had a horchata which was nice and not too sweet and came in a large cup. Service was friendly and there's a salsa bar to grab your own salsas and condiments. Tortilla chips provided per each table were also good. The tacos looked and smelled good so would come back to try that as well! Overall decent spot in a large plaza with lots of parking.

This place was delicious. It's small and quaint. Indoor / outdoor seating. They serve breakfast/ lunch and dinner. I ordered a chile verde burrito. My guest ordered tacos, 10/10. The customer service was extremely friendly. There is a restroom for guests to use; also there's a Spacious parking lot.

Me and my man are always on the hunt for a good Mexican restaurant when we're on the go, or working in the area. And low in behold We discovered this gem, and let me tell you..they have some tasty tacos! I got the Chicken tacos, and they were Amazing! And he got a Carne Asada burrito, we definitely recommend this little gem!

First time dining in at El Torito Loco with the fam, and we each went our own route with the orders-- mi mama got the chicken tostada salad, mi papa went for the taquito plate, mi hermano tackled the loco asada fries, and I kept it simple with a chorizo breakfast burrito (blessed that they serve breakfast burritos all day ). Service was quick, and we grabbed a booth indoors. The place has that hole-in-the-wall, local staple feel--nothing fancy, just straight-up food and a salsa bar that does most of the heavy lifting. Seriously, the salsas are the MVP here. The portions were generous, but the flavors didn't really wow us. Everything needed a little salsa love to bring it to life. Not bad, just not crave-worthy either. Still, if you're nearby and hungry, it's a decent pit stop.

My carne asada tacos were so yummy! This little hole-in-the-wall outdid themselves. I had to drive around because I missed it the first time. It is next door to Lee's Sandwiches. The girls at the front are sweet and friendly.

Was looking for Sunday dinner and decided to try this place for the first time…read more I went for the 2 taco combo with one shrimp taco, one fish taco, both breaded. The combo came with rice, beans, and a fountain drink. After I paid i noticed that they have fountain Pepsi, but only canned coke. Not sure if you can ask for canned coke instead of a fountain drink without an additional charge but I personally prefer coke over Pepsi. I decided to get dr. Pepper since I had a fountain drink cup. What I do like is you can get some lemon, onions, and chili peppers from the condiment bar. I like chili peppers and appreciate these are free whereas I have had to pay extra for a bag of 3 elsewhere. There are also an assortment of packaged sauces as well as their prepared sauces such as Chipotle and green/red salsa. The portion sizes here are good. I took the food home to eat and was pretty full by the time I ate one taco. The condiments enhanced the meal. Rice and beans were fine. For $14 total its not a bad deal. I think if I didn't do takeout and ate at the restaurant, my breaded fish would not be soggy. However, the flavor was there. I would return to try their ceviche as that looked pretty fresh!

I really came for the Quesobirria tacos I ordered the combo with 3 tacos and rice and beans. Also got a regular drink that did not come with the combo. Total was around $25 which kinda crazy but I understand price for meat has gotten higher so restaurants still need to make a profit. They had three salsa this I have to say was the only downside was that none of them were actually spicy at all. I'm not sure if the one I had was the habanero one that's what it was labeled, but it did not taste nor look like habanero salsa so perhaps they just didn't have that one at the bar. Once I got my plate, it looked great Every taco had a very good portion of meat inside they were nice and seasoned. The meat was not even remotely dry. It was nice and tender and juicy. Tacos were by far the best ones I've had in this area. Their rice and beans were good as well. All in all, I definitely will be coming back. Also, I love that they have outdoor seating.

First of all, the decorations are amazing. The first thing that caught our eyes were the hanging lit up butterflies. They really make a statement. Next to them is a tree covered in Christmas lights, and next to that is a lit up aquarium looking thing. Even when I went to the restroom, I noticed that the cement floor had sparkly gold specks and something that looked like the Milky Way. As a vegetarian, I was so happy that the menu had leaf symbols so that I could quickly tell which items I could ask for without meat. The food came out fast. It felt like we had barely ordered them and the waitresses were suddenly coming out with them. The portions were huge, like my sister ordered the grande nachos and it really was grand. It looked like an appetizer that was meant to be shared with a group of people. The food tasted good. I enjoyed my meal so much that as big as it was, I devoured the majority of it and only stopped because I was too full. Towards the end, one of the employees asked if he could take away my plate and even though I knew he wasn't our waitress and it probably wasn't his job, I asked him for boxes instead. When our waitress came to our table to ask if I wanted boxes, the other employee at that moment handed us the boxes. I thought it was nice that the other employee did that for us even though he probably wasn't expected to. Overall, we had a great experience here.

Their street tacos and food platters weren't bad and the beer was always cold, it was a quiet place to hide out but I guess that was its downfall sometimes you could be the only one in there or two or three other people and that won't pay the bills in a location that's known for high rent.

I didn't want to take a chance with the raw seafood in the case I wasn't going to like it. I also got a cucumber lemonade aqua Fresca and an order of fries. So much for being healthy. Haha Anywho, when I got the receipt I noticed I was charged an extra $2 for avocado and a small service fee. I asked the workers about these charges and they explained it to me. I had both charges removed and I highly recommend the workers be upfront with customers before they print the receipt. Anything that is an extra charge or additional fee should be mentioned beforehand as to not sour the experience and to avoid printing multiple copies. For instance, ask the customer if they want avocado or not and mention the charge and when they're ready to pay the bill ask how they'd like to pay and be transparent beforehand about any fees associated with their choice of payment. As a customer, the experience is better when employees are kindly upfront. After I paid I wasn't given back my receipt so I did ask for it. While I waited they gave me some chips and the food came out within 5 mins. It was quick. I took it home and enjoyed it. Its not the best ceviche I've had but it was decent. They gave me a bag full of tostados, crackers, lime, and multiple sauces. The fries were soft but the flavor was alright. The white queso sauce they included with the fries saved it.
