Not only does Jill know her stuff when it comes to cannabis, she is regularly up to date on industry standards and has a pretty good knowledge of what's good vs what's bad currently. She is also honest about products and does her best to accomodate for whatever I am looking for at the time. She is also always good for a great laugh or 5, not to mention the deals are too good to pass up sometimes. Last week I was a happy 5 star customer ordering an oz or two a week for the last few years. After the migration this weekend I have found a new dispensary. The new website shows me a page of sponsored candy when I search for flower. I had to re-register with a 3rd party to place an order on your website. YOu want me to give my personal info to another 3rd party who can't make a website to track promo points. This whole change has been anti-consumer, poorly managed, and makes me feel my info and medication are not safe with your company. Extremely disappointed in my recent experiences with elemental. Wanted to get my stuff delivered this evening, so I messaged the customer service chat with some product questions which took them over an hour to respond to. Once I figured out an answer and what I wanted, I went to place the order at 6:00pm on a Thursday. The only options showed Friday. I was immediately upset and so I called to find out if it was a mistake and the lady on the phone just said they can't do any more deliveries. Very frustrated by the lack of care for patients and that I will not be able to get my medicine tonight so I can sleep. Don't waste your time!! Also the customer service chat is extremely slow- also not worth the time. Also, when I asked to speak to a manager to better understand why they stopped doing deliveries so early, she just said they didn't have one around. Really disappointed overall. read more

Elemental is one of the best dispensaries in SJ. They always have great sales, lots of options, and friendly employees.

I purchased a clone that has White Powder mildew. Called and was offered 2 to replace the infected plant. Cleaned my grow top to bottom and picked replacements. A week later the plants were showing stress and I see that these plants were treated w an anti fungal based.on the leaves being shiney and the faded spots now snowing. I watch the plants And they seem ok. Well, 3 weeks into flower and the WPM returns and is causing problems right before harvesting. How unethical is it to simply treat plants that are known infected and then give them away or sell them as clones that are healthy? This pisses me off beyond belief. The effort I put into my grow the many weeks of hard work to make this grow successful and because of them I've now got an infected tent that I can't seem to get rid of the mold. This is just beyond unacceptable. Very frustrating for a grower to get these plants and bring infected plants into my grow. Beyond frustration. I suggest you do not buy clones from elemental. If they are able to treat clones and sell them as healthy clones, I don't think that as ethical at all. They knew they were infected because I told them when I got my replacements. What happened. And they gave me replacements that were infected as well. This is ridiculous. I know, shame on me. I should have known right from the beginning but I trusted them. . read more

We have been dealing with this center for a couple of years now... back when we would drive there in person, everyone was very pleasant and *very* helpful to deal with... but the store is a bit of a pain to get to, and then get back on freeways afterwards, so we've started just letting them deliver to us in Fremont; there's no extra fee for that (other than a tip to the driver), but there *is* a minimum purchase based on where you live... Dealing with the customer service people is a joy!! We goofed up today's order, but he fixed everything over the phone with no problems... We really pray that this shop overcomes the challenges that the industry is facing these days, and stays in business for many more years!!!! read more

I switched dispensaries and came to Elemental last year. They have such a great selection of diverse medicinal products in stock. You can order online for pick up or delivery. Or you can come to the store and speak with a budtender directly. I love that there was never less than 3-4 bud tenders working behind the counter, so I've never had to wait in line. Ever. Elemental Wellness also has daily specials, Including Hapoy Hour (during the week only I think). This spots DEFINITELY worth coming to. Rumors were that it's expensive but I vehemently disagree. The atmosphere is nice and it's clean, but all I can say is-make sure you have them print your receipt and make sure you double check that they don't over charge you. This is the 2nd time they've overcharged me-the first time I blew it off,because I didn't realize until the next day. This time I realized in the car after I had left. This was originally a two star review, but after my experience today I won't be coming back. Long time frequent customer, but I'm not a fan of the recent changes. Ever since the change in online ordering (which was its own headache) service has been much slower. Also really not a fan of the large delivery windows. 9am-1pm? This leaves me waiting around usually until 11 or 12 despite ordering ahead the night before. In my opinion, kinda takes away the convenience of delivery. Seems to me it's a stripping away of everything that made Elemental my go to. My order today arrived after four hours with a wonder syringe that had come apart and leaked out a fair bit, making a mess. Tried explaining this to their support team and was told I needed to wait for someone to get back to me. They never did. I reached out to their support again, and it was pretty clear there's a severe lack of communication. There's been a lot of changes at elemental lately, from personnel to their online ordering to their rewards system. Sad to say I'm not a fan of any of them. read more

I went here for clones, which are increasingly hard to find.They had a decent selection- about 6 kinds. Which is much better than zero, the number available at Harborside, where I used to buy them. It's a bit of a haul from Oakland, according to weedmaps, pretty much the only clone show in town. I was also impressed with the selection and snappy design of the store. I used to frequent elemental wellness a few years ago when I smoked like a chimney and it was my favorite dispensary to shop at- it was before weed was legalized so there weren't quite as many dispensaries to patronize as there are now. Anyway, for me elemental wellness had it all. Top shelf buds, Amazing and perfect edibles, top of the line customer service with budtenders who knew their weed, etc. Let me regale you with a trip to elemental wellness that lives on in my memory as the perfect visit.. upon arriving and joining the line inside the back room (of course after I checked in and showed them my medicinal marijuana license) I was offered a complimentary back massage while I waited for my turn in line to pick out my order and pay. I of course accepted and in a side room was given an AMAZING and relaxing back massage by a professional masseuse. Words do not do justice to me trying to convey just how relaxing and amazing that massage was- all the stress and tension I was carrying in my lower back from being a full time student going to college, working 2 jobs, and volunteering was released and I know that currently I could really use a good massage again! Then afterwards it was my turn to pick out what I wanted to purchase which I of course got a great deal on. and after I paid I was given a complimentary edible- in fact it happened to be my favorite edible to buy-- the two pack of white chocolate macadamia nut cookies which were perfect- one cookie was the perfect dose and they were insanely delicious- it was a struggle to only eat one because they were sooo tasty and the perfect level of potent that gave me a high where I could still get stuff done and didn't melt into the couch for the next 16 hours comatose lol I really miss smoking when I think about the above and beyond experience that was purchasing from elemental wellness. I give them 10 stars out of 5! I was made a loyal customer after that day never really having the desire to go to any other dispensary. read more
