When you want a break from your usual coffee house, elevate is the place to go. They are welcoming and the interior is very comfortable and larger then expected. Outside seating is nice and even live music on the weekend. The coffee is great and the baked goods we have tried were excellent. read more

I'm torn on this place. It's cute and the coffee and food I've had has been good, but there are a couple of things that will probably keep me from coming back. The price of the coffee is absolutely outrageous. For a medium iced latte with coconut milk and a double shot, it was over $7 even before tax. Even with normal nonfat milk it was $6.90. I don't even mind paying $5 for coffee but that pricing is absurd. Another big issue is the app doesn't tell you when your order is ready. Will say in process. Ordered a Nutella crepe this morning, paid extra for bananas and strawberries. After 20 minutes went down there even though the app said not ready yet, it had been sitting out. Watery gross mess, no strawberries at all. Overpriced, quality doesn't justify it. Great atmosphere but just not enough to keep me coming back. read more

My family and I love to visit Eggstasy, we love the food and service usually. Today, we visited for breakfast and i went to use the restroom. While in the restroom, a man walked in on me as they only have single stall family bathrooms. Other women know what state you might be in using the restroom while wearing a romper. I was mortified, first thinking i must have forgotten to lock the door, but afterwards i tried for several minutes to jiggle the lock, push the door in, pull it out to try and lock it, but the lock was unable to latch for some reason and would not secure. When i left, i alerted my server who seemed concerned. Management did not come to speak with me or let me know if they did put a sign on the door so this wouldn't happen to another person, or god forbid, a child. I'm shaken, could not eat because i was crying and shaking from not only embarrassment but fear for what may have happened if the wrong person had come in. I do not fault the man who walked in, because clearly the lock was not working, and even if there is some crazy trick you have to perform to make the lock work, there should be signs so this doesn't happen. I would have been very graceful had management come to talk to me but it seemed like there was no urgency or concern for what my family considered a privacy and safety risk in an establishment that we truly enjoy. It deeply upsets me that there was no urgency when i was unwillingly exposed nearly nude to a grown stranger, and i have no idea if the problem was resolved. read more

Elevate coffee is a great coffee shop at Norterra. My breakfast burrito was 3/5. It lacked flavor and was overpriced imo. What makes elevate coffee impressive is its ambiance and dedication to the community. They support local students and children with special needs. I'll continue to be a supporter. read more

This is a review for their mocha. I came here to try their coffee, because Starbucks is everywhere and I don't like their overpriced coffee. Coming from washington state where local coffee companies are prevalent and make amazing coffee, I was hoping this local place would be good. It's not. It sucks. I ordered a hot mocha, because that's what I always get from everywhere. Elevate Coffee was a disappointment. It's thin, not rich... and I paid $5.30 for a small. I threw away over half of it. Big waste of money. If you can't get a hot mocha right, you've got problems. Go to Black Rock Coffee instead. It's about as close to amazing coffee as it gets. Sorry Elevate. I won't be back. read more

Went to coffee- in person- yeah! Ordered the skinny version of the vanilla cafe frappe. Delicious! My friends and I all agreed our drinks were delicious. Family member has had their breakfast burritos - she likes it so much that is what she keeps ordering. Great lattes too. So far lots of reasons to keep coming back! read more

I had high hopes for this coffee shop given the Yelp reviews. I come from the Los Angeles area which has so many amazing small coffee shops. I was pretty disappointed with this location. There was nothing special about the coffee whatsoever. I wouldn't call it terrible but it wasn't special. It pains me to say this but Starbucks is better than this. read more

Solid place. Good coffee. Good brunch food. Good vibe. Located in a shopping mall plaza of sorts, Elevate is unpretentious and quite laidback. I'm glad we stopped by here on the way out of the airport area and on our way to Sedona. read more

Elevate Coffee is a super energized place. It's a mare coffee house that also has a cozy feeling. People could be seen studying everywhere and music groups can be heard on weekends. There were two giant Christmas trees up when I visited in January that were beautiful. I didn't order a house drink in this visit but for a side/work/meet-up place, you can't beat this. read more

While waiting on a table at Eggstasy we decided to stop in this place for the first time to grab a coffee. This place is awesome! It has a private meeting room, patio seating and plenty of space indoors. The best part is the coffee. My fiancé and I got a sugar free caramel oat-milk latte and it's the best I've had in the valley; not too many places have good sugar free coffee drinks. They also have a hot breakfast menu but we didn't partake in any this time since we were going to Eggstasy. Definitely a new add to my cafe/meeting space list. Check them out. read more

Great atmosphere and excellent coffee! I had the cold brew after verifying it was not iced coffee. Yes, it is truly cold brew only thing missing was the cold brew cubes, but the water ice cubes were good for diluting the non diluted brew. The cold brew was delicious, smooth with no bitterness. Great brew! The food was fresh with good options! Service was great! read more

Points for courtesy but really, a latte or as I ordered, a flat white, in an 8 ounce cup should not require a double shot to be able to taste the coffee. But it does here. If you are willing to pay for the second shot, it's delicious. Nice service! Great ambiance. read more

Frankly I don't really get the hype... Everything is expensive, and for some reason the staff isn't ever really nice to me. I'm a nice dude, just come in to do homework and order either tea, a muffin or coffee. Granted the muffins are good, tea is good. Product overall is good. I'm just not sure what makes their service sub-par... I've literally been insulted by a sarcastic comment because they were trying to be "friendly" and joking with me about leaving my old employer, USAA. No, I wasn't fired. Today I simply order a muffin. "Do you want it heated?" Sure, I respond. She puts it in the microwave for 15 seconds and walks away... I'm standing there for a few minutes like... Can I get my muffin? I had to ask another girl to get it for me. I don't even get the hype. Must be because it's the only coffee shop around other than Starbucks, and people need a place to get together and chat. Good food, subpar service and staff. read more

I went in person to ask about renting the room Elevate offers for group studies or gatherings. The person at the register said he would get the manager for me to speak with them to answer my questions. The manager couldn't be bothered to come out of the back room to speak with me and I was told that I could go online and find out all the information for myself. What happened to customer service and human interaction? What a lousy response to someone asking for information. At this point, I won't rent a room because of this lack of care for me as a customer and the poor representation of a manager who didn't care enough for business to leave the back room and sell me on their room. This person lost business for this company and I think they should at least be reprimanded for the shoddy performance of this so called "manager". read more

We had traveled to Phoenix from Albuquerque for an event and this was our first stop as we got into Phoenix. It was so hot outside and the immediate waft of air conditioning made me want to go in even more. We ordered a Vanilla Latte and their Iced Chai. The Vanilla Latte quickly arrived and where the flavor was slightly above average, the texture wasn't there at all. I don't think the milk was steamed for long enough. The chai didn't have the desired flavor, we felt it was a little over iced and the chai was too spicy. read more

I was here with my friends for a quick meeting, we had such a great time in Elevate. I give 5* for the quality of the coffee. The taste of the coffee is flavorful and delicious. I give 4* for the location of the store. I give 3* for the service. It was a little busy so I guess it was the main reason our table was not clean before we get here so we have to grab some tissue and clean it ourselves before having out coffee. read more

This busy coffee shop is hidden in a far corner of Norterra I didn't even know existed. They offer an assortment of bakery items and snacks. They also sell bags of coffee beans by different companies which is cool if you have a machine at home. The place is pretty big with lots of seating, but every table inside was taken, so we grabbed a seat outside which was beautiful. My iced latte was a 7-8/10. read more

I went to this shop last week, and I got to tell everyone what a great time I had. The coffee, food, ambiance, and waiters/waitresses were all excellent. Moreover, the waiter who took my order was extremely welcoming, polite, and cautious. My family and I love Elevate Coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful. They did not have a flavor for the coffee we orders they kindly explained to us and offered to make a similar one and for my partner, they offered other flavor pairings. They definitely understand their coffee. They were very friendly and accommodating. They also had great pastries and sandwiches! read more

Good coffee and service. I wish they could kick out some of the campers they have sitting around in there! The coffee and food is good. I think that their baristas and staff all take care of their patrons. I felt taken care of. I just didn't like all the people lounging all around. Maybe make the internet accessible for 1 hour. Then you'd get rid of the campers! :) read more

So perfect. The setting is simply spot on. I really like going whether it is simply to grab coffee and leave or if I 'm there studying or simply need to relax. I really like their Apple Harvest (?) salad. So flavorful and wonderfully prepared. Elevate Coffee is a great meeting spot in the North Valley. They serve good coffee and food like crepes and tasty sandwiches. They have a nice communal table for students or self employed workers. We also like the love music on weekend nights. Check out the band Vinyl Jazz (high school kids playing Miles, Coltrane, etc.) read more

This is a nice little spot with nice drinks and fun bands and artwork. They're really trying...I wouldn't eat there...the food isn't a lot of anything good, except for the pies, which are from Rock Springs, and the service isn't the best, but totally fun to hang out with friends at. read more

I didn't get any food but the pastries looked amazing. My coffee was very yummy. Their espresso is roasted really well so no burnt taste. The service was great as well. They had two people working and we interacted with both. I also snapped a photo of all of their flavor options as I didn't see those anywhere in the photos. They have a lot, so lots to try when we go back (which we will!).

The drive thru line was very quick! You order at the speaker and someone comes out to take your payment. Once you get to the window, you get your coffee and your bean. The "bean" is a chocolate covered coffee bean! The flavor and texture was definitely something new to me, but worth the try! The staff were quick, efficient, and kind. The drive thru employee even asked me about my plans for the rest of the day :) great customer service!
