same bad management and the switch same everything but fake reviews. pretending people are impressed by people accepting properties they are to far to manage, and how easy they take advantage of the far away place they recieve full salary and dont have to be availabe like real proffessionals who are close to respond and not only do they make mistakes and never own up to them .. we can fix nothing that blame the old computer and no one available is really the easiest "im paid and dont have to work" who wants that they can fool themselves.. did they fix all the repairs before the switch.. no will it create a way to overcharge for not understanding the switch in 5 days as i have just recieved the letter during the thanksgiving ... oh whats different with the new company or do you switch with the correct ledger I think not as usual .. they claim they dont have all the records when they switch from themselves to another name with less accountability for the problems they know they get away with all lies and your reviews and my no hot water for the last 3 days probably a busted pipe in the walls i cant report until i find out how to pay my rent they may use the switch to keep me confused... but i know your fake reviews and fake company name is just probably a unlicensed person who thinks they are doing some fine job but only they think the no person available is the best job ever... all anyone cares about is repairs that take forever and are never done correct and why that happens and why they dont get things done ahead so right now i ve got a completed repair for screens that dont fit my window as if they checked and the completed carpet in the hall way full of dog/human poop everyone has to jump over the carpet that needs to be replaced since its over 15 years old and the carpet is ready to injure someoen as if thats the only way someone would fix something ... they never actually had it cleaned with a carpet company but think oh thats just those people 2hours away.. what can they do get somewhere by virtual help..??? whats that you see the virtual poop in the hall blocking the door you exit... show that on your so easy tour... or maybe you should get a look in person... i wish that i could of.. read more

We had a pleasant experience from start to finish. Jaie was very patient and cooperative with our circumstance. He was very helpful in getting us all the information needed, same day, to feel ready to move in. We had very minor maintenance issues that were handled same day. Jesus, our maintenance, was exceptional at what he does and also, very patient with our needs.
