The chipotle chicken sub is insanely good and good comfort food but a giant sub will set you back bigly. Over $20!!

Delivery review ahead…read more I was craving a really good breakfast sandwich and this place delivered just that! When I talk about quality sandwiches, Semicolon cafe wins! The packaging was handled with care so both of my sandwiches arrived nice and hot. I ordered the B.E.L.T and a grilled cheese. The B.E.L.T was a conversation starter, the bread was buttery and smooth-melts right in your mouth after each bite. The egg with corn, never tried that combo but honey, it was fantastic!!!! The bacon was quite generous and prepared with the perfect crisp and the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh, complementing the sandwich. The sauce on top was a shining star! So much flavor spread evenly throughout the sandwich. My boyfriend loved his grilled cheese sandwich which came with bacon and spinach. Definitely glad that I found this place! I'll order again and this time I want to try their lattes.

But we went recently and tried their ube latte and it was really expensive - close to $9 when you add oat milk and it did not taste like ube at all... it was pretty sweet and tasted like cereal milk almost. It was pretty disappointing considering the price as well. Overall I wouldn't come here for coffee but the sandwiches are yummy!

I ordered a sandwich and wanted to make it a combo but they only do it with fries, no chips. For most, thats an awesome deal - I just personally wanted chips. They have the fancier drinks and not your typical soda options so keep this in mind. My roasted turkey sandwich was $14.95 to start, and toppings like pepper relish cost extra (I feel like a spread should not be half a dollar but sure). Meat quality was good and bread felt fresh but just a little hard to chew. For basically 16$, there was only two thin slices of provolone. Compared to some of the photos I saw, the sandwich was a bit lacking on the toppings of meat/cheese. People super friendly and service was quick. They had tons of desserts, pasta salad, and a few actual pasta dishes on the menu too. I'll have to come in to give them a try for a cheesesteak or the caesar salad wrap next.

I don't eat lobster (I know, I know) so I ordered the Shrimp Mac & Cheese, which I believe is a limited-time menu item. It was basically a bowl of Mac & cheese topped with shrimp (which I was happy to see vs the shrimp being pre-mixed in). The shrimp were seasoned, maybe a tad rubbery but I prefer that to being undercooked. Tasty Mac & cheese. My companions enjoyed their lobster rolls. Friendly service, clean restaurant.

When I went to eat my sandwich a piece of lobster fell out, so I ate it first. I did not like the taste of the mayo. On the marquee with the recipes for the rolls, it mentions light mayo. Maybe they are actually using low cal mayo. I noticed on the website it does not say light mayo. When I asked about the mayo, the young man did not know what kind of mayo was being used. (They also did not know if the shrimp, also offered, was farmed or wild. Generally, if staff doesn't know that means it's farmed shrimp-- if using wild shrimp it's usually well advertised.) While eating the lobster roll itself, the mayo wasn't as noticeable and the lobster meat was just delicious. Didn't taste frozen or old. The roll was very yummy. My only other issue is that of the Coca-Cola soda drink. I rarely drink sodas so it was a real treat. It looks like the soda to syrup mix was off. The atmosphere is as you would expect. Very clean. No issues there. The outdoor seating was nice as it was a beautiful day. Nonetheless, I will definitely be going back. The staff could not have been more friendly. We went on a Saturday in August so that may be why it was easy to park right in front. I'm not sure how easy it's going to be to park if we have to go into the parking garages. The store does validate; I can't remember for how many hours. This whole area is not quite up and running yet. It seems to be a bit slow, which is normal.

Delivery review ahead!…read more I have not yet visited this place in person so I'm unsure how it is inside and how the service is. Delivery: well packaged for a long trip to DC and it remained fresh and hot. Food: Sweet potato tater tots El Lomo Saltado Both of these selections were AMAZING! The sweet potato tater tots were genius! Perfectly prepared, packing flavor in each bite. The El Lomo Saltado was DIVINE! Allow me to break down the flavors: Biscuit: gosh this biscuit was buttery and soft. And yes, the juices from the steak did not make it soggy. But back to the biscuit...the top was flaky and the inside was soft! Soft and buttery. Egg: I asked for a well done fried egg (the main dish contains over easy) the egg was perfectly cooked and delicious. Steak: the steak pieces were generous and the seasoning on the meat...dangerous! There was a slice of provolone cheese melted on the egg and the sandwich also contained pieces of potatoes and tomatoes inside. All of the flavors in this biscuit meshed together so well, making this a reallllllllllllllly good sandwich. Now I'm sold! What other fun dishes can I try on their menu?!

The food feels thoughtful and well-executed, the kind of place you keep thinking about after you leave. Definitely worth a visit, and I can't wait to come back and try more! My server was quick to come over with water and bring me the drink that I ordered. She was very quick to come back as soon as I was finished eating the items I ordered. Food was speedy to come out and empty dishes were cleared quicky, too. In addition to being fast, my server was also very friendly and helpful. As for the food, I tried a variety, and pretty much everything I had was tasty and fresh. My favorite was the Salmon Love roll and the Scallop Nigiri. The Salmon Love roll had a sweet sauce and then a citrus one that wasnt overhwleming but gave it a really unique taste. The salmon was delicious. Similarly, the Scallop Nigiri tasted fresh/high quality. I also enjoyed the gyoza - they were crispy and very flavorful. If I came back, I probably would not get the chicken yakitori or xiaolongbao again, though neither were bad. The yakitori just didnt have much flavor, while the xiaolongbao had a pretty good flavor (and a good amount of meat inside) but not much broth (which is really what I want when I order these). While I tried a lot of different things, it didnt even scratch the surface of ths options you have for the AYCE menu. Hibachi, ramen, noodles, a ton of specialty and basic rolls, lots of different apps, etc are all included, so it is well worth the $32 price tag. I had an excellent experience here and will definitely come back if I am in the area again!

Best Croissants - Christmas Tree Raspberry Croissant, Hazelnut Chocolate Mousse Croissant, Apple Butter Crumble Croissant, Almond Croissant, and Matcha Croissant. The Berry Brioche Tart was fun to try, but not my favorite. The cookies are pretty light and fluffy, the Lemon Cheesecake Cookie tasted like a lemon sugar cookie with no filling.
