As a retired business person for many years I was extremely impressed with this company from my first phone call to them. The woman who answered my call was very polite and listened to my request and set me up right away for their service. The crew of 3 showed up exactly as promised, on time and ready to go to work. I immediately noted that whey drove company trucks with names on the trucks. To me this means that they are not subbed out to anybody with an old truck. The trucks and equipment were spotless and tools arranged nicely. Neat and orderly. This matters to me. The first gentleman on site got right to work checking the lower part of my home for termite damage. No need for a ladder but when a ladder was needed another worker stood and held the ladder until the man came back down. This is good safety protocol which also means a lot to me. When the drilling, spraying and patching were going on they placed tarps to protect my patio and surrounding areas. This matters to me. One other tech checked all the interior walls for infestations. He was quiet and polite and explained what he was doing and even how the instrument works. That matters to me. They spent quite a time in the attic where most of the infestation was and told me on the way back down " they are dead, all of them are dead". LOL, this mattered to me of course. All in all I was very impressed with this company and would recommend them to everyone I know or come in contact with. OH, by the way, before I even called them I read ALL of their feedbacks on Yelp. All great then I come across one, and only one that was so negative that I actually had a good laugh. As I said, I was in business a long time and yes, I know the type sad to say. I have used Eliminite since 2016. They do come out and do the work but you literally have to beg them to come. They offer a contract that says it renews every year with a fee but they never send a notice that you need to renew. Then if by some chance you remember it is too late to renew. They might make an exception. The whole service is based on them coming out and checking once a year for termites yet they don't instigate the calls to come out. You have to. Thee are no emails or online accounts you can keep up to date on. Besides that I have had some problems with the actual service. Particularly oil dripping out of the ceiling or other areas. The person who I spoke to said "well sometimes I remember to call people and sometimes I don't". read more

Their product is awesome. As a REALTOR, I find that their payment only at time of service to be a little restrictive for how real estate transactions work. They seem to get annoyed with even asking if it can be paid out of escrow. My clients have been happy with the product, and not having to pack up and move. If you need quick service, and payment out of escrow however, go somewhere else. When I asked the owner about this, he just gave me a long excuse about how they do business. I have been annoyed by termite for a year. After four or five times local treatments I was told should do fumigation with tent. But my house just did it three years before. So I contacted with Eliminite Termite Services as they can use orange oil without tenting. Gary is nice and professional. He found several spots which hadn't been inspected before, but he said my house is still in good shape. No need to worry much. Except the material , their treatment is different with others that they stopped the way termite going. So they can't move to other spots. That's why they give two years guarantee.
