We stopped by on our trip to the beach and were not disappointed! I ordered their version of the party melt and the curly fries. I would definitely recommend getting this meal, curly fries were seasoned and fried perfectly. I really like how the sandwich was fried, the bread was crisp and it was delicious . Service was friendly. Kudos to the team there! The restaurant got full while we were there, so it's super popular. Street parking is available.

Based on other reviews, we drove here for lunch from Brookings, OR. Glad we did! My husband ordered the Chicken Strips Basket which came with 6 huge strips perfectly fried, onion rings, coleslaw, Mac n Cheese, and a biscuit. All kinds of dipping sauces are available and they are not stingy with them either. I ordered the Redwood Burger with Fries and coleslaw. The burger is huge and tasty and I loved the brioche bun. Service was great! Prices are fair and I highly recommend going there! Plenty of parking across the street.

I ordered the chicken meal that came with three pieces of fried chicken, mac & cheese, coleslaw and a small biscuit served in a basket and two small bowls. The chicken was very hot and all the food was very good. Service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant is very basic and clean. Except for take-outs I was the first customer at noon but shortly after the place begin to fill up. A large parking lot is just across the street.

Not too many (decent) eateries we could find for dinner in Crescent City, but glad we went with Elise's. We arrived around 7:30pm and they let us know it was takeout only with a 45min wait. Everything else closed at 8pm so we were stuck. We picked up our food around 8:15pm and since they were closing, they threw in a mac & cheese for free. So nice! Food: The chicken tender basket was exactly that. Good ol' chicken tendies (good portions). The curly fries were kinda soggy, but the to-go box may have steamed them during transport. Overall, not memorable, but satisfying. The fried chicken was delicious and crunchy. If i ever found myself here again, I would get that as my entree. It's good the mac & cheese was free because it was okay. Kinda dry and bland so we added some pepper and buffalo to make things interesting. All in all, service was solid, food was expected, and at least we had a full dinner for the night!

I initially was excited about trying this new place here in Creacent city, but honestly for the price of the food the portions ARE disappointing. All the entrées are single so if you a burger & they ask you what you would like for a side its 3.50 for small handful of French fry's. so I ordered the club & was taken back by the fact it had store bought lunch meat it Only came with two slices of meat for my club sandwich .def didn't look like the menu picture I paid 17.50 for the sandwich & 3.50 for my side.

I accidentally found this restaurant by walking by. I ordered the Turkey melt and fries. This was absolutely delicious and I mean delicious. Great atmosphere for any and all ages. They open at 11am JP the cook was so nice. Kjersren the waiter was so nice and friendly. Her customer service skills are very good. She was beautiful and fun to chat with. The food and service are 5 stars. We were hungry and a bit desperate for a late lunch since our first place was closed. The group was a bit skeptical the 4.9 rating could be true, but it lives up to the star rating. The food came out quickly and was so tasty. I'm eating some of it for a leftover dinner. We'll go here again and send others too.

I got a blt with fries and it was delicious. I was happy that they had Coke Zero instead of Diet Coke too. Service was awesome. Friendly and timely. They have a different soup every week. This week it's cream of cauliflower. I didn't have room for it but I'll definitely return! read more

The operation seemed like a couple of people serving really good food. A small restaurant. We had burgers cooked medium well that were juicy and flavorful. I can't say enough because most places burn the meat when ordered this way. More napkins please. I recommend eating here. read more

Family owned The grandson of Elise made my food. My wife and I love this place. Kirsten, our waitress is always so pleasant and kind with an excellent smile. We even went here after our wedding! I ordered the fried chicken and it was delicious! It came out fresh and hot and came with mac & cheese, cole slaw, and a biscuit with homemade jelly that was just made that day! The blackberry cake was so yummy even though I ate it the next day since I was stuffed! My hubby ordered the mushroom swiss burger with sweet potato fries, and cole slaw and he said it was Juicy and very flavourful! Hey we are so glad to have really good fresh, crispy and juicy fried chicken in Crescent City! The coleslaw was very good Again, very fresh. The fries, however, were not so good. We had it to go and when the fries are under the chicken and then it is all closed into a box, they steam and wilt. Food for thought! Looking forward to returning and trying the burgers! Our favorite lil eatery on our multi-week road trip! Portions were huge, avocado and tomato were perfectly ripe, curly fries and sweet potato fries were both delicious! Burgers, mac n cheese, chicken strips all were yum! A good selection of desserts and baked goods too! Also tried a peach Italian soda. Had a weird aftertaste but it was probably the peach syrup. However, best part was the portions were huge so if you are hungry this is the best place. Don't let the fact that it is in a strip mall fool you. The staff were very attentive and ambiance was also nice. I believe they updated their dining room. We also got the tiramisu to go.

Me and my boyfriend went here the other day passing through the city. It was SOOO good, definitely one of the best burgers I've had. We told them we were sharing and they even split the food for us. The guy who was the host/server was awesome, cool guy! Im pretty sure his name was James or JP. You can tell how he had built a relationship with the people that come through regularly. Although the inside isn't the best looking (IT WAS CLEAN), there just wasn't very much decoration or anything but thats not anything we're worried about haha. Cant wait to come back sometimes and see if they changed anything, hopefully not the amazing food though. Keep it up!! read more

The BEST burger joint ever! Even if you don't know quite what you want but have a craving, talk to Kjirsten, she always has the perfect suggestions. My family is very picky, my husband likes his burgers cooked just the right way and now he doesn't like burgers from anywhere else. I try not to eat hamburger but was craving a mushroom Swiss burger, Kjirsten recommended eggplant instead of hamburger and now I can't get it out of my head because it was sssoooo delicious! So we were looking for a quick stop and saw Elise's with burgers and chicken. As we got closer, we read reviews and it had high remarks. There were six of us and we order all different foods off the menu. The service was great and the staff made us feel welcomed immediately. The burgers, chicken, cole slaw, fries and onions rings tasted great just like the reviews said. What really made the complete experience were the sauces that were served with the food. best place EVER service, vibe, food, and cleanliness is unmatched. The man who took our order was the sweetest server i think i have ever met and even with the place fully packed he always checked up on us. the food is amazing for the price, the burgers were HUGE and came with a lot of fries and tasted amazing. tthe whole place was spotless and clean and u can definitely tell they took time cleaning. overall great place and u can tell everyone here is enjoying themselves and the food! make sure to come and tip big read more

Service is good food is basic,chicken tenders are made in house yet without love.chicken is simply dipped and fried when they could be pressed down to flatten and shorten cook time. Not leave the chicken strips super thick and make them take longer to cook.dessert portions are also very small. You can order a sliver of a pie for dessert.Alabama white sauce had the consistency of water. For having 5 menu items alot more could be done. WEAK read more

Very good fried chicken, I got fried chicken drums/thigh and pretty good, golden fried chicken, good house made ranch, polite staff that kindly gave me a OTH dessert. So ofcourse amazing service and great housemade dessert. Nice friendly atmosphere that was busy but very welcoming. We aren't from around the area and decided to stop by to check out their food! The food was amazing and the staff was even better. They had a very nice selection of burgers. We got the western and the redwood burgers and they were 10/10. I would definitely recommend their sweet potato fries as well! We will be coming back if we are ever in the area!! read more

Friendly and fast service and the food was excellent. My husband had the Redwood burger and I had the mixed greens with feta and fruit salad.
