Crispy panko crust and moist white fish...an awesome combination that is begging for some malt vinegar, but wait the House dill tarter sauce is yelling... "try me!!!"... and I did. Highly recommend the tarter sauce. The fries are double fried and really well seasoned. Crispy and delicious. The fish tacos were good, but I think the tortilla could have been toasted a bit to give it a bit of smokiness.

The food came out pretty fast, I got the bahn mi and it was so good and fresh, my boyfriend got the tuna melt and honestly his was so good I wish I got that one (and I don't normally do tuna melts either). Since it's a food truck, there's not a lot of seating but it was in a nice and quiet parking lot and they had picnic tables if you want to sit down and enjoy your food. Next time I'm in Humboldt I'll definitely be back for more!
