Contacted Steve via Yelp and provided pictures of my solar panels. He responded promptly and with a great price. I then read they also clean gutters so I had them add that quote to the solar panel cleaning. They confirmed the appointment the day before via text and then again morning of- Tony Jr and Tony and crew arrived promptly and got to work. They use deionized water to rinse the panels for no spotting. Tony Jr texted over 20 before and after pics of the panels and gutters which I appreciated. I am usually DIY but these guys have the experience and equipment to do this right. I will likely have them back to clean my windows too. read more

Thanks to the Yelp service of sending multiple companies messages as I wouldn't have even considered Elite Building Services to clean our gutters as their name doesn't facilitate that service but I'm so glad I did. Steve was super responsive on Yelp messages and gave me all the pertinent information that I needed to make my decision. This review is overdue, but I didn't want to forget because we were very satisfied, and we couldn't have been happier with them. They were very fast and communicative. Came on time, and were fairly priced. They provided before and after photos to show the work was done fully, and they even raked my lawn, which was not part of the job. Did a gutter cleaning, downspout unclogging, and solar panel wash on a tricky-angled roof. Quick service at nearly the lowest price around. A few less-important edge roof shingles came off and quite a bit of gunk landed on the potted plants on the deck. Otherwise, they did a great job. read more

So I got a notice from the HOA saying I needed my gutters to be cleaned. I hadn't even realized but there were a lot of leaves (middle of winter). My windows look wonderful! So clean, and the tracks and screens too. I also asked them to clean the wooden slat blinds I have on 4 windows, which they did for an extra fee. It all looks great. They were also very responsive when I requested a quote via Yelp. They even showed up a few minutes early (wow!) and started on the outside of the house as I finished up my meeting. They wore booties in the house so didn't track in any mess, and they didn't leave any mess behind. I've had other window washers leave behind drips and mess, but not these guys.
