After asking several providers for estimated prices for our window washing and solar panel washing, we selected Elite. Their pricing was reasonable and in line. They were responsive in communication held the date and time frame open for our decision for 1 day. On the agreed upon day the crew arrived within the stated time frame , and got right to work. They are efficient, our windows sparkle and our solar panels are reflecting bright blue now instead of the dingy gray of several years of benign neglect (senior citizen cannot climb ladders any more) + the Santa Cruz mountain fires ash deposits. Their solar panel cleaning equipment includes a brush connected to a deionized water filtering tank on the truck, so our hard water was softened to clean the panels. After cleaning even windows on our garage door (not desired nor expected) they stood by their price as all inclusive. We highly recommend this company for their window and solar panel cleaning services. read more

We had our cement power washed and windows washed, including skylights. Julio and his helper showed up 15 minutes early ready to start. They did an excellent job with both the power washing and windows. We hadn't has our cement washed since it was installed 7 years ago. Boy what a difference. Came out like brand new! Windows were cleaned perfectly. They paid attention to detail and not a speck of water left behind in the house. Great job on my 3 skylights. Now I can see the stars at night from my large skylight above my bed! Very friendly and professional service. My regular window washing company went out of business during COVID and I found this company on Yelp. Took a chance and was delighted. I will definitely be using them in the future. Cost for large cement washing and 3 sliders, six windows, a door, and 3 skylights was $545. They like payment through Venmo, Zell or personal check. Will definitely use them again! read more
