They never contacted me again about a training session, but since they wouldn't cancel my service and I stopped payments through the credit card. They got very interested in contacting me every few days about paying for the service that they never provided.

I don't trust any establishment with sketchy employees, especially at a time when credit fraud and credit identity theft is so prevalent. I didn't even realize how above and beyond it is until I moved away and had another place become my "home location". Christine and Will do SO much for their members. They really put effort into showing how much they care and they treat you like an individual, not just a number. They acknowledge your accomplishments with a shout out, they host events, they provide free samples from local businesses, and they always provide excellent customer service. They're just really compassionate & passionate people and it's very obvious they love what they do. That love pours over into how well the gym and its members are taken care of.
