Everyone was frustrated and angry, people were literally in the front arguing because of seating/wait times. Parking is $10 whether you valet or self park because "they own the lot". Hopefully Kris gets the training he needs because he lacks customer service or perhaps should find a different career path. Upon his initial approach, no "hi", no introduction, no nothing. Just "who's paying" to which he was also dishonest about gratuity being included, which it is, so be very wary because they're not transparent. They just want to take, take, take. Before anyone runs their card, LOOK AT WHAT YOURE BEING CHARGED AND KNOW THAT GRATUITY IS INCLUDED. Went back in the next day to dispute the charges and the manager just told me to talk to the bank and that she was unable to give a refund because "the transaction happened the night prior," which is an absolute deflection. I work in the industry with the same system they use and I know that refunds can be made. It's unfortunate that management is just as shady knowing full well that's a mistake on their part. I've been following the lounge on Instagram. I was a newly transplant to the Atlanta area I can say it was a catfish. Now don't get me wrong when we arrived we were seated fairly fast (they had just opened at 5). The server Ronnie came and waited on us. Today is Tuesday which at most establishments is "Taco Tuesday" but they also serve their entire menu. This establishment only serves tacos which also limits your money being made with only a limited menu. Don't say scan a QR code and then only expect to be served off a menu with only 4 options at the bottom of the menu. They have a 2 hours policy but there are too many loop holes in the "policy" that makes no sense. Once the 2 hrs were approaching we were then approached and told that we had to get up and that our tab would be closed out. Nobody was waiting so it wasn't as if we would be holding them up from another potential customer. We were about to order more including a $50 hookah and Ronnie our server said that we had 30 minutes left and asked if we wanted to still spend the money. Then again the question was asked about the 2 hours because we would still be running our tab. Ronnie then said that we would have to get up and move to the bar. Once again nobody was in there waiting and there were several open booths at the time. Ronnie then let us know that the manager would be there to speak with us. We waited another 20-25 minutes before the "manager" came to speak with us. Once the manager China came to us she was very aggressive about having to MAKE us get up because she had a reservation and the party was waiting (nobody was waiting). There is a difference between doing your job and being aggressively rude and disrespectful. China (manager) never asked about our experience or how we were doing. She was very disrespectful in her tone toward us. There were about 3 different parties that walked in and were seated and not off "Reservation or Waitlist" I then asked her about the reservation and that I put it in about 25 minutes she said she's the one who runs the phone about the reservations and she would get to us whenever that's why I didn't hear back from her. We then decided after being spoken to very aggressively and rude that we would close our tab and leave the establishment. I shouldn't be surprised it is Atlanta the city of lies and scammers. 10/10 would NOT RECOMMEND. read more
