She set up an appointment and sure enough, Luke from First Class came out and fixed the issue right away. The best part, their pricing was more than fair. I was so impressed, I asked Luke to give me an estimate to replace my upstairs unit. It is about 25 years old so it is time. In the future, It would be helpful if they ran through a few preliminary questions or pictures of the unit to see if a trip out is worth the time. Before the technician left I asked a few more questions before he suggested a Home Energy Audit. I'm hopeful that the home energy audit could put me on a better path to resolving the cooling issues in my home.
