I bought it to the VW location in Fair LawnNJ for repair. "The service advisor" didn't return my 5 calls. They lie. Then lie Then lie. They're nice when you buying or leasing the car. After that. They don't want to know you When there's a problem. If you want to be disrespected, then go to Jack Daniels!

The car stalled on the highway rt 23northbound and was towed to Jack Daniel's Kia. After some investigation I found the vin# for my car was a part of a class action law suit for engine problems and engine oil leakage &replacement. But, they didn't make it easy . I had to find all of my oil changes etc even after contacting corporate which said its a part of it. But, I found all the records I could to satisfy them to get it approved. They replaced the engine , but still tried to place blame on someone else. They said whoever replaced the 1st engine used silicone to fix the hose that connects the washer fluid to the engine. I told them well that would be JackDaniels Kia. They denied doing the 1st engine replacement. So ,I did my investigation and went to another dealership who told me that they Jack Daniel's Kia had indeed replaced the 1st engine. So , why lie??? Then after they replaced the engine and we picked up the car my girls were on the highway and we're almost killed by oncoming traffic because the car stalled and would not start causing vehicles to almost hit them . Trucks etc. Their excuse was they forgot to attach the harness / clips to the engine. After they did this , they gave us back the car saying the car was good 2 days later the car stalled the engine stopped they almost get hit on rt 23 by a Mack truck once again its towed to Jack Daniel's Kia this time they say the car needs coils I say ok that was $897. So , between the tows to the shop and the repairs im at about $1400. Now they can't seem to get the error codes to go off . They tell me its going to be another $1600 but can't give me the parts or labor for this . But , its $1600. Christmas and New Years have pasted and this is their solution. I tried to talk to Jason luzzi but hes not available even when hes in the office to help a customer. I had enough of dealing with Charlie Mejia so I had my vehicle towed from Jack Daniel's Kia to a dealership who cared about their customers and were available to speak to them when there was a problem. After 2 weeks my car was diagnosed a plan was made and shortly after that it was fixed. My car was sent from Jack Daniel's Kia with a dagerous gasoline leak to name just one of the dangerous issues they left the car with. But, checked off as safe. It's sad when a dealership doesnt give 2 cents about its customers . Yet they sit in an office making big bucks to go off running personal errands and doing whatever they want .You got that position because at one time you cared about your job. NOW ITS JUST A PAY CHECK. BUT, MY GIRLS LIVES ARE IMPORTANT TO ME. RIVERDALE KIA UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT. I TRUST RIVERDALE KIA . Jack Daniel's Kia you have lost your reason for being in business. Without the customers you are NOTHING !!!! REMEMBER THAT !!!! JASON remember to return calls too. I know im only one customer you dont need me. But, they will hear my voice wherever I go and on every Social platform im on. Don't trust Jack Daniel's Kia you will be putting your life and the life of your love ones at risk if you do. My experience was TERRIFYING!!

I had an OK but not wonderful buying experience at this dealership. Kimberly, the sales rep was…read morereally on top of being in touch and that's actually the reason I thought to reach out to her about a car that wasn't even listed at her dealership, but had been listed at their Upper Saddle River location. Unlike the sales rep at Jack Daniel's Audi of Upper Saddle River, she seemed motivated to make the sale work and the car was close to what I'd been looking for. She was definitely more attentive to me _before_ I'd made it clear that I wanted the car, and nicer to me before I'd given them a cash down payment for 1/3 of the sale price--before I'd committed so decisively she had offered to come pick me up in Manhattan to go look at the car but after I made the down payment she was like, "my lot guy will drop you at the Ferry," eh. Not a huge deal but the feeling was a bit off, I had just spent 23K at their dealership. Andy, the finance manager was attentive and clear and very good about being detailed with things like the warranty and tire insurance. It seems like he's honest and a decent guy. I couldn't really get a handle on Kimberly as she seemed to act differently to me than I saw her acting when she was in the finance manager's office--to me slightly avoidant and quick with details and glossing over things, to him she was talking more and gesticulating in his office, though I couldn't hear what she was saying but it felt a bit odd--were they hiding something from me, why was she acting reserved to me and animated toward him? I was hoping that buying a car from an Audi dealership I would avoid any feelings of shadyness and it's still a mystery to me why it _does_ feel a bit uncomfortable buying a car--like they are hiding something from you. I would be so happy to engage in an open and clear transaction-- and I'm A-OK with them making money--they need to feed their families and pay their rent after all! It would just be be better if it felt a bit more open and the customer service was better. The last details worth knowing are that the car had a dent that the dealership did agree to fix for me and that though the Audi USA manual says that the spark-plugs need to be changed at 35K miles, and this car had 48K miles and had not had the plugs changed. They have said they won't change those out for me een though they are overdue and the service record is all of this car being serviced by the Jack Daniel's Audi dealership. So, it looks like that will cost more money on top of the deal. Still working that part out.

They are HANDS DOWN, THE BEST Mercedes Benz dealership I have known. Andrew Franco (my new favorite salesman), Michael Mutter (Sales Manager) and Nick Avianto (Finance Manager) were very professional, accommodating and sensitive to all my needs and requests. They took care of every single related aspects, making this experience smooth and very enjoyable. Andrew Franco was very professional, accommodating, friendly and pleasant. He went above and beyond to make sure I am a very happy customer. He dedicated his time to communicate with me all the aspects involved and even on his day off was assisting me with my insurance set-up. Andrew and his team exceeded my expectations and along with my new car, put a big smile on my face. I am their forever customer and will always purchase all my cars from Mercedes Benz of Paramus. The finance department never answers, calls are not returned, and emails go unanswered. I spoke with Crista, who told me she couldn't help and would transfer me to someone who could. Instead, the call was disconnected. I also spoke with a woman at the service desk who was unwilling to assist or point me in the right direction. I've reached out to Sheila as well and have had no meaningful response. I also spoke to Wendy who directed me to her supervisor who also couldn't help me in the absolute slightest. It's frustrating when multiple employees seem unwilling or unable to help customers. A dealership's responsibility doesn't end once the sale is completed. Communication, follow-up, and customer support are all part of the experience, and unfortunately this dealership has been severely lacking in all three. I would NOT recommend this dealership based on the poor customer service and lack of accountability I've experienced. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would.
