I left there noticing my nails have lots of dents in them and the dip powder is extremely thick. I do believe some steps of the process of both mani and pedi were skipped for some reason- usually they clip the skin around the nails or file them perfectly straight... again- attention to detail was lacking. For the amount of time I spent there, I expected some great work. They have a points program but you have to earn over 400 points to get it, and each point is a dollar. Seems far fetched. Not sure if I'll return.

The woman sitting next to me being served by a different person actually asked to stop halfway through and just pay for what had been done so far because her nails were being shaped so poorly. Also I was not given the color that I asked for but didn't realize until it was too late.
