I mean like a couple minutes quick. Tacos were outstanding. And honestly as soon as I asked for a corn tortilla over the flour I thought, they're going to fall apart. But they didn't. And when you see the size of these tacos it will blow your mind that they didn't. Good corn tortilla. Scrambled eggs are fluffy, the potatoes are seasoned a little. We both took it to go but was happy and impressed with our meals. Part of the issue seemed to be the size of the shrimp. They were quite small, which makes them much easier to overcook. Considering this is a seafood and steakhouse restaurant, we were surprised by the size and quality of the shrimp. That said, both our waiter and the manager were very kind and responsive when addressing the issue. We chose not to send the sandwich back a second time, and my husband simply didn't finish his meal.
